It's summer time & fat just looks bad. Besides to stay in full health you should do at least once a year – 5-7 day starvation or even longer (term), primarily: in 10th day muscles start to burn when you're ultra-skinny with almost no body fat. You die (in theory) when you're exit weight is reduced by 1/3rd – e.g. if you weight 75kg now, you theoretically die when your weight reaches 45-50kg (in some book you've got information that when you loose your weight by 1/4rd, but it's dependent on your body fat levels; besides up 2 weeks time is maximum time you can do it [for your safety]. Optimum time for starvation is 10 days, because you've got around 6-9 day: 1st "acidic breakout" – a time when organism found the source of the sickness and has destroyed it). It's not advised to do more than 2 weeks starvation.

I've ended my starvation after 6 & 1/2 days (6.5 day). Here are the pictures. BTW. Is it better than fat liposuction after which you can die ;>. Judge for yourself.

Today I'm drinking only fresh pressed grapefruit 1/4 grapefruit juice, rest: water to gradually come back to normal diet. Besides – I feel after all much much healthier, it's the definite price. The 'inner organism sickness' has also backed much and partially second baffle in the nose has partially unlocked (only 1 I've had unlocked). I hadn't got any headaches. My fat levels were reduced by 6/7.

Curiosity: I've weighted 75kg, I've lost 5kg in 6.5 days, but I'm a very thin person. People lost usually (when they're a little fatter) up to 10kg in this period of time (of course: ONLY of FAT, because glucose is used in first 2-3 days from the liver, then it's only fat burned; things like brain/other aren't even touched; muscles in very thin people are burned after min. 10 days when all the fat reserves are burnt.

When you've got a headache on starvation – it's a signal that organism heavily detoxifies itself. It's a normal symptom and you can feel safe.

After starvation? Look, I think I've told enough about the whole starvation & the whole process of keeping your weight low. I don't do any exercise currently, except long walks on a daily/3 days basis. Example diet, that I've used is: 200g of buckwheat (or) brown rice (morning) [also replaced with: pea (or) beans], 100-200g of ground nuts (or) sunflower seeds, then 2 meals with an object of choice, e.g. 3-4 huge bananas / apples (example: http://runthreeseven.files.wordpress.com/2011/04/vegetables.jpg), then 2x 130g tunas (I've used slightly other diet when I was training). Off course you're a woman & you would eat a slice of what I eat. I've only wanted to show you that in diet I don't have any artificial things which are responsible for brain damage & which makes you obese (like: monosodium glutamate or any other taste enhancers; http://xernt.com/MONOSODIUM-GLUTAMATE-EFFECTS-MSG-makes-stupid). I drink only pure non-carbonated water without fluoride (http://xernt.com/FLUORIDE-POISONING-Kills-Your-Brainwater-slows-down-sensory-and-mental-reactions) and although this diet might not be 100%, it served its purpose. Currently, as I've said: I'm achieving completely different goals & as an example I need to eat no-enzyme (dead) products on the first meals when using chemicals for the Lyme, so my diet changed, but very little. I wanted to show that avoiding all this processed stuff which is so widely available on the shelves is possible & maintaining your weight is easy when done so. I'm also sure that my brain isn't further damaged by those nasty taste-enhancing things & I've got no cravings for the tasty food. We were learned to perceive those foods as a tasty & this habit needed to be broke down. I feel quite good on this diet & I've stick to it.
