Create a vision of pain, fear and dread of failure. You would have to imagine yourself at a time in the future having not gone after your goal and being lost, destitute and an utter failure in life.
I've made a decision to don't publish some parts of my knowledge, because it could lead to disaster (suicide). I'm fully responsible for every information publication. Believe me, some knowledge is too powerful and you couldn't handle with it (especially on hypnosis). Maybe some day I would publish a part of it... Edit
didn't added it: (as an example) knowledge about killing with usage of the daily items (creating
poisons with no scars of evidence) etc; because it won't help anybody (or it could), but it's not
