To achieve success is recommended to have all types. You've got probably two. Two are missing. 1 is dominating, 1 is side. You need to use people other minds to get full success. Most of people are doing this by accident like whole their life, I get some results by accident too, but it crashes fast. Look below, BUSINESS MINDS: 
 
T-shirt 
Idea people, thinking not systematically. They love to create new ideas. When they do all thinking about some concept they're feel bored. Creative people, some may say not persistent. 
 
Longsleeve 
They love to set priorities and plan strategies of achieving success. When they have an shown idea they create steps to realize it. Energetic people, they like to set new contacts and do plans of action. 
 
Polo 
They believe that in run wins the slow man, but persistent. They like to say "no", and are not in believe of new ideas. They trust tradition and verified/checked solutions, they don't do risky actions. They see what can go wrong, have ability to show team errors on the conception level, saving money and time. 
 
Gloves 
People directed on details, not replaceable with works step-by-step. Think and work methodically and with logic. They do organization and flow of work. If you give them plan (list of tasks), do expectations they would achieve miracle. 
 
YOU NEED TO HAVE THEM ALL TO USE ON YOUR IDEAS AND TO GET RESULTS.
