Whether you would be a successful entrepreneur or not would be conditioned from few key differences, which I would present shortly in this article. You need to understand that every success can be traced to the single key elements which have made him up. I would skip, for the natural causes – element, which most conclude as "luck", because – it's all about
the environment, the place where you were born & the time you actually live (some would say, that also: resources, but the last are attainable). Rule is, that you should stick with the highly-motivated, hard-working people who are
the best at their field, in order to become one – people, often: smarter from you (as most people describe them). You cannot
also underestimate the power of your work & the
capabilities of your brain, which is merely an antenna which connects to a higher intelligence.
All success comes with an idea: to do something in different way, sense of fashion, in order to (mostly) improve the human live & experience (that is connected with it). All success comes with a vision (e.g. I would become the best stock trader / I would make the best website with... / I would introduce this business to serve my fellow men) of what you would do for
others (whether it is doubling the clients/employers money e.g. on stock market or to show people a solution which would make for them, things smarter / easier to use / cheaper in production, more attainable for the masses) and also: vision of yourself, your life, because the both are indispensable.
Before we begin: it's wise to make sure you've got the right business model & you've identified dangers (it would be explained later) & competition in your market (how they do, provide & sell to who). Although, when its a topic on a separate article, I've done little explanation in here:
How to get clients? (business). I assume in this article, you've got already a running business or you've got at least: preparing one.
So, what are the core things which add up to a business success (& entrepreneurial success as a individual)? Let's see.

- BEGINNER entrepreneurs, first mistake: not focusing on a niche – narrowed market.
I've made this mistake too, many times – until I've learned: it's not a goal to do EVERYTHING in a shitty fashion, but do 1 (one) thing in the greatest sense of fashion, ever possible. So, you don't do X+Y+Z+γ+β average, but instead: you focus only on doing one, in an excellent way e.g. like facebook, which had become – the world's #1 social
portal of the world (goal huge) or eBay (world #1st largest internet auction system).
An ideal example of that is NOKIA, which was existing for hundreds of years and has produced variety of products including: speakers, agricultural machinery (mouse over to to see Wikipedia quote) and then this company focused only on one: concentrated its forces on creating mobile
phones, for the world, achieving enormous success (however, currently – it lost, its position), being valued at more than $30 billion. When NOKIA was doing "everything", but nothing in a great fashion – it was an average company, but not
noticeable (& unknown) barely in the world, achieving far much less (everybody wanted to buy from the best producers, NOKIA by making "all but nothing" wasn't best in any of its field).
It's far better (and in those times we live in, only) to concentrate your forces on an narrowed market, making niche business – for the group of people who is quite large to sustain our company on the market place. Lesson is, that: you must focus on a particular need & create a narrowed product, because its not worth the risk & not effective to make "all
average, but nothing in the excellent fashion". Thing is that your company has to have clearly written vision & goals & TO FOCUS on a particular market segment in order to get the substantial share on it. Don't even think of being best at x, y + z10, instead: focus on one and then expand your product range on this market,
because the market place is currently: very competitive and you would be outworked by people who are focused.
You must be precisely clear about what you want to achieve and in what market segment you want to attain prominent share.

However you might want to know that: better, easier, cheaper & faster approach is right for the particular time, distance. Out beating your competitors by offering those is essential, but its also profit-cutting & it may be risky, for your company in the long run.
Instead of, you should think *NEW* products which have got some distinctive features which sum up, to be chosen by clients or e.g. those who want to even test it, for the stake of profit increase. You might want to read, e.g. this article: Different Thinking Approach, part

- Not focusing (by yourself) 100% on the business made (e.g. by not quitting your job). Lack of 4 business minds (competent) [they would always be found people who as you – are in the same branch and would speed you or even save your business by showing dangers & flaws/ideas in your current model].
When you're not focused 100% on your business – you're making; it indicates for you – that you're not taking it seriously. You would be outperformed by people who are putting ALL on their behalf in order to achieve success. Remember it.
The last thing, ANY investors wants is NOT to see you committed 100% to YOUR BUSINESS, you're doing. I would for example never give ANYBODY my cash, to a person who wants to do a business, has all the plans & experience needed in order to execute it, but who is NOT FULLY CONVINCED that he would PUT 100% of his willpower & thought through it. Yes, I understand –
you can have doubts, everyone has them – in some sense of way, but YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS CALCULATED RISK & EXECUTE the plan, making it in a best, possible – excellent way in order to make sure your foundations didn't worked (example [proof-story]: #case_study1). You might want also to read the article: Rules you need to know while approaching
business angels investors. WHY? I could write that you may want to think it for yourself, however you might not find the real reasons behind. Firstly, because the not fully committed person isn't able to achieve success desired (which I want) by being "in thoughts" committed: 1: to her day job, 2: to the business, 3: to who-knows whatever else. It doesn't works,
it never works. You can earn 2-5k by selling "x+y" on eBay, but success? Worldwide? Forget. It's basically, the only problem I see here, rest mostly doesn't matter, because of the shade of this issue.
What I also think is that, first your task, should be to do: gain absolute control over your thoughts – to clean (sequence) your thinking. You achieving it by executing the actions from the introduction, of the article Characteristics of the
powerful people. How to be powerful? (in bold) & by putting: How to retake control over your mind (over your life)?
& also, by not engaging in any love (keeping your mind clear of any-no-success adding emotions), more you've got in the article: How to ask her to have sex with you (light text & links). By not being able to focus single-minded on 1 goal and execute it, until
its done – you're dooming yourself on a lifetime failure (mostly). You gain this ability by continuous execution of goals & training your inner will (I would say that: dangerous subconscious
programming gives +80% to this process, however it's possible to do it without it, but why? not to take an advantage and speed up the whole process & in addition: clear your mind from dirt, installing the new software in your mind?). It's the only way to do learn & make it a habit.

Next, but highly important rule of any business is to have at least connection of 2 opposite minds that fulfill themselves in the task, arising from the running & setting new business. It has been explained, clearly in the article: BUSINESS MINDS: 4 types. You need to have all the types,
because lack of 1 of them, may (& would) cause HOLE somewhere in your business, e.g. lack of business mind, named "T-shirt" may result in lack of new ideas in the company, making it perish on the market place. Another example: lack on other half, of business mind, named: "Polo" may result in lack of criticism, making burn most/all of the money in the company, which
may result in bankruptcy of the company. Adding to this: you've got 2 business minds, e.g. 1st + 2nd, you're partner may have 3rd & 4th – you're creating a pair, which is fulfilling itself and could create a successful business, because e.g. you're from IDEAS & PLANS, he represents CRITIC+EXECUTION(of the plan: "worker"). Make sure the people who work
with your are competitive and know, what they are up – make also sure they're able to say, without any shame of what they think. It may be very important. Please also make sure you've got not one of which (that are competent), but two-three-four+ of people who can say what they see or what you've didn't seen. However, with focus: competence (have experience &
achieved something in this field; avoid to listen [however it's still: they might be right, again – because "people who didn't achieved anything" & mainly sceptics, they can only doubt] people who haven't got clue about what they're saying and they've didn't achieved anything in their lives (particularly in the business you're up to).
I didn't wrote it: you're reading this text – you and you're partner marks on paper which is his dominating (has MOST of the description) and what is secondary. Nobody represents all of the styles, however it's possible – you may find that you can point two styles, without much thought. Make sure your partner(s) do the same.

As a curiosity I would like to add that corporation problem lies on the foundations, that the structure in those companies are (often) too much "condensed". It takes, too much time (for sure) to get the crucial decisions to be made & to be executed, so its an opportunity for the young start-ups who often work with the lack of "some" knowledge (or with some ignorance,
in total faith for their success), which paradoxically can make them successful in the long term, in end: to be bought by the large corporations/conglomerates.
- Lack of experience, competence in particular field you want to do business.
I'm not saying that its impossible to make a business in the area you've got none competences, but you must get to know the basic rules of business (selling, getting clients). You can hire always people who would perform those functions and that you would job for you, but you still must have some experience or at least some competence in the field your want to
penetrate. It could be learned by you, in time.
Although, the thing is – that when you're aiming for getting funds on the business – you may want to have a ready product or to have at least core competences in your field. Experience is crucial for investor, because it shows that you've been successful in the past and you've got at least some knowledge in the field you're working in. If you don't
understand (it's rare to don't) what I'm saying, visit e.g.: 800+ business ideas database, #704, where you could see examples, where people get 800,000 PLN (near 200,000 EURO) from public money to spent on a "blog about cats". It's obvious that this money would never be gained back or it WOULD NEVER BE
USED TO SPENT this on this blog, because how? What I've wanted to point here, that people with NO EXPERIENCE, NO BUSINESS BACKGROUND, NO BUSINESS MENTORS don't know what to do or how the business works and ears open: they would never know, until they won't e.g. find a mentor (who would show them) or put a time in order to learn it. Some would learn faster, some
would learn slower, some would never learn.
Making business is a SKILL which you could learn, not something which you couldn't and as, in all the fields: some are better, have "more luck" (lazy man excuse) or just received it (wealth) as a gift, when being born. I actually don't fell into this category of people and it might be the reason why this blog is so popular, however I've put all my
efforts in order to change my situation and did what I've could (you can follow me: SUCCESS STORIES: a global multi-billion (after min. 5-7 years) dollar annum site).
I, for example: the very first thing I do, before I enter any field is to: gain as much information as possible, in this field (and related to). I've prepared some articles, where I've shown what counts and how it's made, visit:
However you might find, that it's not enough. You must put effort, on your own – to find an idea, find funds & execute the plan, get the needed knowledge & gain the experience in order to become the best at it and to ACT NOW, despite the time is running. It's easy to say, but without "experience" & no knowledge & no guidance its nearly impossible.
Most of people (e.g. featured on series: "Howd You Get so Rich" or "How I Made My Millions") went to wealth e.g. by accident, by attaching to the people who made it or by strong friendship (& connections) and they were ordinary people who grabbed the occasion which was created. Low is amount of people who done it, the way I'm doing (or on the way) to do it, my way.
So, it's wise to keep your eyes open on the opportunities around you & seek, what could be done/improved or select another track of your career.
I for example – done everything on my own (from the beginning, [no mentor / no support / nothing / no business family / all projects done by myself]), but its a smart move to e.g. join some start-up team with project or to just attach to your rich friends or those who want to become rich and start a
business from scratch in the field you feel comfortable (& have the knowledge) to start.
Thing is (& it's not easy), that you need to start act from now on. Yes! You need to really start from the minute you would end reading this article or even faster, because the time would pass & you won't never start. You need to execute things immediately, because when you
would put them aside – the problems would grow & may become impossible to handle later. You need to act fast, not because of the possible consequences, but because of the consequences of NOT acting – making, your life – in time, those of cry, pain & constant failure. Believe me, that in time – it's harder to achieve anything, because your
laziness is growing and how you suppose to achieve success when you would be in your 40's or 50's? How? You didn't achieved anything to this age, so how do you suppose to achieve anything remarkable (for you) in your late time? Approach: first I must need to party, get all the pleasures and when I would get them: I would work – NEVER comes. You must understand
that it's an excuse that give those who aren't meant to achieve anything more than average in their lives & you want to stay from those people away, on miles.
Project (idea) is less important that people behind it. Idea is 1% (however still very important), although 99% is execution and crucial is experience of people who are up to make it a reality. Would you handle the idea execution (along with making it business) at the moment?
If yes, start from now on. If no – you need more information & you would gain experience when you would start to act. There is no other way.
- NOT suitable workers (without no past experience / works [portfolio]). (answer: HOW TO HIRE PEOPLE?)
In order to hire a person he needs to pass few tests, but the crucial answer you should get is: what would this particular worker contribute to my company? He, should answer this question. You must keep in mind also (however it's very obvious), that you only hire – where there is a need for somebody to do the work. If the works needs to be done on
a continual basis, the worker needs to be hired on more time. Rule is: hire slowly, fire fast.
Before we get to the point on how to hire, let's make clear few facts. Firstly, people who you have hired (or somebody did, although it's HIGHLY not recommended [or they could be recommended, but you need to do the checks on your own]) are a part of your company and you must be sure of them, that the work that has been attached would be done in a great fashion & with
responsibility. In your company there must also be clear rules – worker must know exactly what is his job in order to avoid confusion (no knowledge what to do in work might also be very stressful for the worker). You must also know, that actions of the workers, the job they did – is irrelevant to anything – you must focus on
effects (results) which are brought by single, particular workers. Some entrepreneurs want to get on their desk a report of each worker, which in 1-5 sentences writes what he did today – it puts focus, in the workers minds to focus on results, not actions in their time of work.
NEVER, NEVER & NEVER even consider hiring members of your family or friends (also: friends of friends) with whom you've got personal relations (the only exception of this is when person has got all the requirements who would be mentioned below & has got meaningful distinctive feature). Why? Because you're emotionally
attached to this people and are with personal relations which could affect the running of your organisation. Avoid that & never consider it a possibility.
How to hire people?
You interview people who sent to you CV or you seek them among the websites like e.g. "linkedin", in your area. After careful review of CV you choose the ones, who appeal to you & seek only for the experienced people, who made something remarkable, best after college (but again: only good Universities, etc.). On the interview, you follow their experience in the
companies they were hired – they need to tell you, openly what they've done in their companies, what were their tasks, how results they've achieved. You need to confirm responsiveness & openness of a person. If the person is a programmer – seek, e.g. for his previous works, portfolio, clients he had. Ask what he could show you – see & review his
works. Hire only those who made it in the past in excellent fashion, highly competitive, competent, experienced & ambitious people. Attraction for your business (knowledge about it) & "wanting" of the worker, combined with the abilities & experience may be a contributing factor. For me, school – mainly doesn't mean nothing, but it proves that the person
had the ability to finish it, so he would probably check in your company. Those who aren't graduates & don't think, mostly work in physical jobs or in the "government jobs". I would also never hire an active marijuana user (that smokes even occasionally), mainly
because they're incompetent (lack of solidness, caused by this drug [in link with person's character]) & not have any memory (#1, #2). If
somebody uses amphetamine, he would often not get to work, so its again a problem for the employer. Do drug tests of people who you are hiring. They take drugs – say, thanks to them and show the door.
If some of the employees causes problems to others, the one who bring "effects" – make sure you have a talk with him and ask him for the reasons of his behavior, he might have a good arguments. Then, please make sure you instruct others or give this person a second and third chance to change himself or find a solution to make him do that (a motivator?) when he's
really good at what he's doing. Give him a paid 1-week holiday, to let him rest, when he's got e.g. problems with his wife. However, don't listen to his problems & not try to help him. Give him maybe 1-2 sentence advise (why to don't listen on somebody's problems? because by focusing on them, you're bring them on yourself, along with the Universal Law; more: Characteristics of the powerful people. How to be powerful? [explained]). Make sure he would be back, if not – and he's work has dropped significantly and he knows about, but not once, but twice & 3 times: fire him. Just do it.
When you talk to people: do it directly. Say directly what you think and what's the problem. There is no most pathetic thing that indirectness in the business. Practice it, if you've got a problem with it.
If the company situation would require it: you may be able to give a people stock options (e.g. 0.1% of your company to each worker), so it would be a perfect motivator for all workers, because their work on the value of their company and in case of selling it, they may receive quite kind a nice of cash, e.g. even to $250,000 at once (although I wouldn't use it in
Poland).
This kind of hiring people is destined for the companies, which work is sophisticated & requires thinking & personal abilities. You would hire on different set of rules, e.g. physical workers, who need to only hit their "limit". It's obvious.
Make also sure, that the person is responsible for many things to reduce the amount of jobs to the very few people. Why? Because it means lower costs & higher effectiveness of the enterprise. It's wise to give workers higher pensions in order to keep the good people & to not let them any motives to leave your company.
… Update 2011-10-23.
If you're lacking an universal formula on how to hire people for the particular jobs, which doesn't require high niche abilities/ skills who are required for this job, consider hiring a person who wants to work in your company for a specified test time, which may last from 1 to 3 months. If the employee would check (& is promising), fully in those months
– you may want to consider to hire him on the extended time, to check his work. Always, focus on the results although. Never listen to the employee talk, focus on results...
PEOPLE are the most important factor of any company, because they create it – hire wrong and your company would diminish or fall very fast into the bankruptcy. Would you be sure to cut your finger in stake for each worker? No? Consider selecting better people on a particular work.
UPDATE 2011-10-19. Maybe it would be dangerous in some way, but for particular type of jobs, I would only hire: introverts.
- NOT GOING BEYOND YOUR LIMITING FACTORS & not seeking resolution on growth by overcoming them.
Limiting factors are points, which limit your company growth. It could be sticking to 1 place & "putting roots" without thought of development, although it may also be: fear of going to X & Y with your offer, showing product to the world (or constant "updating it" before doing so). It may take many forms, dependable on the person's fears, phobias & objects (mainly:
blockades in mind, deep subconscious programming [limiting working pattern]). Every each of us, have some.
To make sure you've understood this elegantly – I would tell you a story of one seller (from my experience), who has got limiting factors, but he doesn't go through it, standing along with his pattern of action (it's most of the entrepreneurs issue, in reality).
I've once sent an e-mail to all garment producers (in particular category) on (www)alibaba.com to get an inquiry about X. I've received many replied and set a some sense of average pricing in my mind. One person, although – constantly, once on 1-2 months – asked me: "how are you?", etc. It's a known story (however different, from: POINT STORIES: Asking). I don't know about this company much, but I'm sure that this person has got limiting factors and I've made a clear solution for him – I've said I would not buy and advised him to put ads about her garment factory on websites, like e.g. made-in-china.com,
dhgate.com or globalsources.com, where he could get direct orders. I'm quite sure of the fact, that his limiting factor was to go to the client – he's probably sitting on his ass & waiting for orders (& new inquires) to come. He might also be one of the scam companies in China, on which I've lost more than 13,000+ PLN in orders (3 different suppliers). I
don't know it.
Today, I'm smarter and would avoid the risk, but with those companies you've got something, that the phone, address works, you could even send a person to the particular address and he would confirm all, but... when it comes to order & sending it – they could vanish or send you a bubble in a piece of cake or not what you've ordered. The same
situation applied to me. I think, that you've got a bit of "luck" here, seriously – to find a serious partner. Thing is, that those money aren't much, when you're thinking about serious (huge) partnership and its the minimal order you can make (3-4k PLN), although its dependable from the product their offering. You always place a "sample" order, before you get
in cooperation with anyone. You always need to see the product, first. (off-topic)
If he's a reliable partner, instead of waiting for orders – he should make an effort to hire a salesperson who would visit all the wholesales/shops in US & Europe and would establish a line of orders for their factory. It's the limiting factor, that this person don't does it & many of the people there through to lack of knowledge (e.g. not knowing
English, although it's not a limiting factor anymore – can hire somebody, but again: it's better to know it by yourself).
With the limiting factors is 1 well-known thing: you know them, immediately – what they are. However fear/timidness is what blocks you, it's your task to break the obstacle in your mind to expand, because you would never do so – if you won't come to a habit of constant blocks (in mind) destruction. You're breaking them, by doing constantly of what you fear
(again: subconscious programming does most of the work, I don't imagine myself without it). I've made a habit of doing what I fear, without much thought and I've come to a level, where I don't
feel fear at all – on anything.
Your task is to constantly do (in order) things, which are the limiting factors, which limit growth of your company. Think & then do it. Just do it. Problems? Hire somebody who would do it, however you still need to work on yourself in order to overcome the limiting factors in your head by doing them in reality...

Remember, that if the things don't work – maybe you're not searching when you should? OUT-OF-BOX thinking – get some more (or: more distanced) perspective. If you don't see it – maybe someone's seeing it (& he tells you that, but you don't listen?). Think about it. It requires much training and it's highly attainable, because of the emotions that you
associate with your business. Keep in mind, to always focus on finding a solution, not on the problem itself, because if you would focus on the problem – it would grow (along with Law of Attraction, that what you focus on: grows).
To show you, what it means – let's take a today's example (today Steve Jobs died, of cancer; co-founder of Apple [Mac computer, iPhone, iPad etc.] [personally I hate products of this company, but e.g. iPhone sold in 93 mln
pieces, until now [curiosity]] ON SIDE: if Steve would run a blog / have an e-mail where he could receive his e-mails from other people, I would sent to him personally this e-mail in 10 copies, but again: NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POTENTIAL of PEOPLE around you; maybe they know something, which you don't and its important?). He died of cancer. Most of the
"scientists" look on a piece of puzzle, not seeing the whole perspective of "what is" and "why" (off course its desired to do so for many who benefit, to "never" understand the real causes & to never get the cure, because its cash). Besides, most of people are so brainwashed – they think, if he was e.g. a billionaire, that he received the best care in the world:
BULLSHIT! AGAIN, it doesn't matter what he received (Actions), but what matters is only the RESULT (he died).
People don't realize that all the doctors are learned shit by schools which are founded by Pharma Industry, but everybody makes cash, nobody is cured and everyone is happy. Patient does not know that he's being NOT TREATED, but he believes that it must to be like this. No karma is sent, because people are brainwashed to trust people in white robes. People even feel
happy that they have visited their doctors and received "cures" which DON'T WORK, because they can't work. I've decrypted all, in health, because I was on myself very sick and nobody couldn't help me, so I've helped myself putting all the knowledge on this website.
Coming back, to the topic: if Steve would only know, that could be treated from cancer to don't EVER die in a matter of 10 hours, he would probably change his feelings towards "doctors" (who are on other half: unconscious of anything), because they've didn't research for themselves and those who did – lost their licences and can't "treat" people in the stake of
jail. What could be only done, is putting knowledge on internet with the appropriate terms (like I've did), that it is for my personal use. All is put in the article: Extreme Tiredness? Feeling Tired #cancer (__ALL__ health guidance, coming back 100% to health). Doctors
won't probably find a cure for cancer for the next 100 years, but it still: doesn't matter. Problem has been solved.
People don't even consider that something may be manipulated (especially what is taken "as is", like "doctors" – "yes, they've got degree", "they're not a 'sharlatan' like you" without college). I don't give a fuck about people. Identify your limiting factors and please make sure you've got the perspective on everything (not only your company, but competitors /
environment / times) and then make sure: to grow your companies, through them – despite of the cost, it would always benefit, if you're not timid & you would secure the needed funding when you would show some boldness. Make sure you're seeing everything right, but also put focus on your finances. Never act (in strategic decisions) without putting much time in
thinking all through & checking 3x times your finances (that you would be able to handle it, at the moment). If you're not – maybe there is some other form, like e.g. franchising your business (or: licensing)?
Think about __ALL__ possible solutions and preferably, use the method mentioned in the 1st point, of: Test on Life Intelligence (IQ test).

Remember that when you: lack of development (expansion) = you perish (& your company). Remember also, that it takes by average 5-10 year time to build a fully successful company which works on its own (you might done it faster, but it takes for average company so much time), look at facebook, twitter - time until they've became worldwide success is ranged between
those two. You might find this interesting: Investing on the stock market with Warren Buffett (secret) (#1 point, about products). Focus on your products & competition is a method, however by downgrading all the terms (price, worker pensions), isn't to
the end (always) the best solution (see: Different Thinking Approach, part I alternative). It's dependable although from the type of business & range of product(s) & industry.
- TIMID THINKING, NOT THINKING in LARGE, HUGEST WAY – NOT THINKING OBJECTIVELY, as things are and not as you wanted them to be. NOT starting from the biggest customer (focusing on "pennies", not dollars – another example of timid thinking.
The reason why people think in small categories, not the biggest – hugest way, is the fact – that deeply inside of them they're scared, despite they don't realize it and even don't think this way. It's a block in mind, which needs to be "forced open" and realized, that what you're doing currently could be done in a larger, more open & aggressive
way.
You also don't focus on the smallest clients, which won't allow you to sustain yourself on the market place, but rather (obligatory) focus on the big receivers of your product, so you can work as a supplier for them. The last, is only a suggestion – if you're are a retailer, you would be more likely to open on opening new points, getting the funds, maybe
allowing other people to get your experience & to take on a franchise (or on licensing). It may be also attacking new phrases (on Google, when running an IT company), gaining largest share in the market, whatever it is – internet or any other. You decide.
Next trap, which most of the entrepreneurs had (& have) is the temptation of getting things (& seeing them) as "you wanted them to be" (not only in the business side, love as an example) and not "as they are", literally. Although it may need to be some (of the thinking) in the first stages (on the beginning – when you start), because its in some sense of way
required – you can't know everything, so you must work with some kind of ignorance & in some sense – something what you've didn't planned and didn't know, may appear. However in the broader sense – its a trap. Why? Because you would risk too much, evaluate sales too much & your decision would be based rather on emotions than HARD, SOLID FACTS. It
leads to many disasters in business. So you must always look objectively on things, seek the facts – see how the sales go & on those facts make decisions. Objectively (again: subconscious

Boldness directs attention outward and keeps the illusion alive. It never induces awkwardness or embarrassment. We admire the bold, not the timid. You're fears of the consequences of a bold action are way out of proportion to reality, and in fact the consequences of the timid are much worse. So, make your moves bold, enter action with boldness (always).
- INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, INEFFECTIVE spending (not keeping the minimal costs in order to run the business & just to start it).
Inability to raise the required funding is the common reason for failure of the project. MONEY is the most important thing in your business, in order to run it – it's like a blood to the body. When you're running out of it – you're basically, done. Especially in the seed stage, you need to raise the cash – very often you start from
family,friends&fools (FFF) [as its referred]. Although you must be prepared that the initial money sum, which you've though would be enough – it, many times isn't. There is always a necessary thing to buy which you've missed before or didn't realized, which would become a "need" (obligatory) in the income of new information, so you need to keep always the
"reserved" cash (often: +20-40%, however dependable).
You always need to know, to ONLY buy the MINIMUM things, in order to run the business. You always want to seek the minimal costs. For example you don't invest when you've got start-up company (founding new company, from scratch) "ALL the best, at the beginning", instead you want to get the minimum required in order to run it, to verify your plan – does it work,
in this particular location. If not – you probably need to change something or something is missing, you need to change/rethink whole your plan – maybe ask the "visitors" or the outsiders? Imagine that its hard to sell a sand on the middle of the desert, when nobody can't find you. Within time, when you would notice profit & positive cash flow, you can use
the money to expand & upgrade things, but NEVER invest ALL of the best, in order to start – its just waste of time.
Also sticking to 1 idea & putting on it almost ALL of the cash, when you see CLEARLY (maybe not clearly, but the numbers don't add up & you're bringing losses) – isn't just a good idea. You need to abandon fast your idea, even of the price of hugely emotional suffering (although, its dependent from the person & thinking he has), but on other side –
you need to say to yourself that you've made a mistake and its something which happens in business. There is nothing much more pathetic than developing a dream which nobody wants to back up (any investor), putting all your money in it (mortgaging home) [very often: your 1st business idea, when you're "older"] & also connected by it (listening to your friends, by being
backed up by your friends & family, who had NO BUSINESS EXPERIENCE in life) emotions, which you stick & time that you (with your spouse, probably) invested in it – when seeing, it just doesn't brings the profit, necessary to sustain it as a business (watch all Dragon's Den episodes for examples like those). It often is found, despite those people are rarely seen
& heard of – its the typical start-up failure story, when people think & do (however don't realize) that it may not work – you need to verify the idea in the market place or go to some kind of an investor, who MADE IT in the field in order to get the required advice (but DON'T take anything personal, it hurts – I know it, but you need to delete this
idea, abandon it & go further [although visit many visitors, not only one – ask for advice & "what could be changed"]).
An example of this, you've got e.g. in my story, where I – when the business doesn't work, I don't receive money – I abandon the idea in a matter of minutes, sometimes even 1-2 days (when I really think it could be realized) – and I go, for the next one (visit: blog entry, SUCCESS STORIES: a global multi-billion (after min. 5-7 years) dollar annum site), without much thought & emotion attached to it. Lesson is, that: you can't take anything emotional.

Another thing, is spending of the cash – it needs to be wise & you should do: again – keep the minimal costs, in order for the product to launch. The only idea which I could give here for anyone, is answer on the question: "how to run you business"? The answer is, that you're taking 1 step ahead – you verify it on the market place, fix & when it
works – you make another 1 step ahead. If the idea you've checked doesn't worked in the market place and you've thought everything through – you just abandon it and make something different, something else. It's the whole secret. Make also sure you're attaching to them, appropriate amount of time & effort.
Most young entrepreneurs is used to "max the product to the end" & then release it, not getting the appropriate sales before – not checking if anyone could buy it, whether it doesn't matter that somebody tells you that – he needs to put the cash on it, so please make sure you've attracted the clients for the product in the
first place (even if it doesn't exists, yet [!]). Never listen to people talk, focus on their actions. Everybody can talk. You too.
- EMOTIONAL approach to business & GIVING UP (when failing, NOT learning from mistakes). Lack of understanding previous failures & not changing methods, resulting in producing the same effects over & over again (without upgrade the methods, ways it could be done better), not learning about the business & pass on education.
Emotions are nearly always bad, anywhere (needless to say: except love). They cloud reason & block your logical parts of mind, which allow thinking. Your first task, should be to gain control over them. However, the role of emotions is far deeper influential that you have ever thought of. Imagine that you're working on a project (e.g. 10-14 hours a day) for a 3 month
time (constantly), which is the best as you know –and somebody tells you "ehh, what a crap" (however its irrelevant to the topic; example where you need to have control over yourself) – you approach business angel funds and one-after-another rejects your offer, don't even considering talk with you. After 1-2 months time, after
you've visited all the funds & didn't received any money on anything (about, 4 stories I've had like those; in a row). Dependable on how you react to the those situations & what priority it has in your mind (practice show, that its often the most important, because if you would have cash/business you wouldn't done it in the
first place or approach any investors/business angel funds to receive the required money; it's a "death zone" – place, where if you not find the funds, project is dead) – you, after getting to you, the information that its a waste of time (you need to abandon the project on which you've "lost" [initially] 3 months of your time [& in most cases its much
more]) – you may have an emotional problem with handling it by yourself.
Although, I would say that its not a problem – that your project was rejected by everyone who you know & didn't knew. Its a matter of: lack of new project/idea for your life which would make you successful in the first place. It also applies to people who sold their businesses, after being happy that they've received lots of cash – its
that emptiness, which had left behind – after the party is over. By the way: creating new business, or even getting a well-profitable idea isn't easy to find, at least in the period of 1 day to 30 days. It takes time, thinking everything through. When you're doing it one-after-another you can get some practice to make everything in very short periods of time
(business plan, think everything [step] through), but it still takes time. Some part of people after "failure" like this go to: drugs, alcohol (however the last is
drug also) & barely: lost the sense of their lives, in the long term. Only few get "in shape" in a very fast time & would make the next idea... which can be dumped also.
Everything takes time and if the funds / other people would act FAST, not delaying everything day after day (when your e.g. with no cash) – it also creates a problem. WAITING is the killer number #1, at least with partners I've got. Thing is, that you must wait: +1 day on this,
+7 days on this, +10 days on this, +4 days until they would reply and it tooks... 3-10 months if you would launch the idea, and when its profitable?

The problem with giving up (when its temporary it often isn't a problem – you need to just "rest") is: you're loosing the chance of changing your environment / financial future barely forever. Giving up, means: loosing the desire to change your reality, accepting your current environment (reality) and (also associated with it) feeling of: hopelessness &
in result: loss of thinking on how to change your current reality. You would never experience any change, when you would give up.

I must say, that I know some people: who never learn. They always commit the same mistakes, as we all do – but they just really don't learn, they not becoming smarter everyday – they just repeat the unsuccessful patterns which don't bring results. Many is people like those, but again: you need to learn, from your mistakes – do you like it or
not. An example of this, should be making action, which you know it doesn't brings you anything – its just pointless, but you still do it. Review it in your daily plan by putting all the actions you do everyday & mark those, that are not bringing results or those results aren't producing the desired effects. It could be fixing your bed every morning & evening
(which is a waste of time), shaving everyday (I don't say you need to go unshaven to work, but everyday to shave?), going everyday to buy the same products (e.g. instead of buying them on 1 month, as example).
People complain, that they don't have time on anything (and along: with LOA [Law of Attraction], it must be manifested in their life – they would not have any), but if you would actually put all their actions on paper, who are just waste of time
– skipping sitting in front of TV for 3-4 hours / day, you would find that even up to 50% of their time/work might be optimized, to get much more better results & more effective usage of time.
As an example of this story, I might put example of my mother: which everyday does the same – twice a day she goes for shopping to bring all the items, which have very long usage term, e.g. she buys on second (night) out: 3 bottled waters without fluoride for me. I, for example – when I was in the UK, bought at once: 200kg of water (0.2 tone) and brought it to my apartment in the center of Milton Keynes where I lived with my friend. Imagine how much time, it saved
(not need to get every time to shop in very long period of time) & how could it be used, when done so. I don't need say that most of people were watching on me, like an idiot/psychic person, when I've took half of the pallet in 5 shop carts to the car, fueled to the end, but who cares about those people? What meaning they have in your life? (I've did the last
sentence, to put link to the article: How to handle yourself with "what they think" or "shame"?) I understand also that "social program" is very strong in MOST of the people, because they're seriously afraid of other people – what they would think
about them. You know what they would think? NOTHING, they don't give a fuck about you. It's the truth. I know also, that maybe buying bottled water, isn't water efficient, however still: I don't use tap water, because you need to boil it (1.) for the reason of some kind of "pasteurisation" process which is necessary to kill all the remaining bacteria & potential
viruses which may grow in it & secondly the reason of: making it cold, in order to drink it, which takes time. Although, they're not much as important, as the 2 reasons of which I don't drink tap water: fluoridation of water &
adding to it, various psychotropic substances which e.g. couldn't be cleaned in the process of purification (barely government can add ANYTHING to it, barely: dump waste; which he has done many times in the past [google: "military tests on civilian population"]), besides tap water is known to create/&expand kidney stones, which I've got.

Failing, into a trap of temptations is easy – however, its harder to get out of it. Interesting thing is, that those temptations are often always: immoral, which causes drop of µ and in some cases may lead to spectacular situations. Thing with them, is that – they're easy to get into, but
getting out its much harder & sometimes impossible, so you should make a #1st rule of your, to be guided by morality. When you sense that some way, leads to nowhere or to pain, despite its pleasures (because its always like that) – escape it or never even considering putting 1 step forward on this path. Why? Because immoral means suffering, pain & failure
in life – it's easy to get, but people end badly: prison, psychiatric hospital, problems – pain & in the end: resulting in (commonly): failure in life. It's how the World is built & it applies to every living organism, all in order: to perfect the groups all the together, make them much better (overriding goal of Creation).
Why I'm writing this? In order to let you know, that in your way to making your life better & to achieve some kind of successful, that you have created inside there would be much of a temptation, barely: on every corner – ways,
which when you would follow – you might be lost or get nowhere, abandoning your dreams, plans & goals – taking failure in life, as reality. You would be tested in the whole way, you may sure of it. Your task is to act in the face of obstacles & temptations in order to get what is for you in life. Taking it for yourself, by yourself (probably with the help
of others).

Another very important factor is, gaining knowledge. Why? Because of knowing more, that your partners you would able to recognize all dangers, patterns of action & methods on improvement. I would say, personally: knowledge is almost everything. Without it (&
experience) you won't even know from where to start & what do, what sells, how to approach people. You can always hire somebody else, who knows & its experienced in this field, however keep in mind that it's better to know everything on yourself. Why? From very obvious reason – people fear of what they don't know/ have little knowledge about. By
understanding answers on question "why" and "how" you're gaining much more confidence & you're not much more afraid, then were you – when you, e.g. started & not known anything. I, for example: gain all the possible knowledge in any field, before I start (& tons of fields, related to it, which less than 0.1% part of this I share e.g. on this website). Although,
it might not look as the most effective & timeless thing to do (you might not get the desired success in the fastest time), it allows me to avoid & know WHY it don't e.g. works, skip all the dangers to get to know: how it is supposed to be done, all in order to further my own cause in future. A coronary example of that, might be cancer,
which is fully curable (by understanding, by me answers on question: "why": what is & why cancer grows & "how" to treat him) in 10 hours (not letting you die, 100% curable in 100% people), see: Extreme Tiredness? Feeling Tired & also HIV/Aids (which is too, fully curable; HIV doesn't causes AIDS which kill people, which is another lie from the pharmaceutical industry in order to keep the propaganda & people in fear). People who don't have that knowledge fear of what they don't know & are
pushed to death, in the end.
By getting knowledge you might be sure that you would know how to act, why it don't works (e.g. business plan), why the people rejected it – not allowing yourself to do similar mistakes in the future. Besides, your thinking would change and you would be more knowledgeable person.
You must also be aware of the fact, that "not everything would work" and if I could put an advice on: how to run your business. You make 1 step ahead, verify it on the market place → if it works: you make another 1 step – if this next step, didn't works → you go back & verify your product/ assumptions, probably in the talk with client (which should be
done in the first place); if it still, doesn't works – go back & launch something new.
- YOU, as a company chief & the only director. Your problems & obstacles, as obstacles of the company you run. How to deal with them?
You must understand one, easy thing – when you've got a problem (emotional, any of kind), the company has a problem, because you're taking it with yourself to it. In order to be the best, you need to always keep peace of mind & clearness of thought. When you've got problems with your girlfriend/spouse (would be explained on this topic, nearly), health, people
with whom you associate & you haven't dealt it – your thinking on it, not about the company development. This influence doesn't come without a price, which in long term may hugely contribute to the downfall of your company.
Your first task, as a chief should be to get to the point where – the company would run itself & you're not needed. End in the topic.

Firstly, you should clean your thinking (e.g. through dangerous subconscious programming & by overall work on yourself & your person), because if you won't do it – to focus yourself on thinking of
what you want and ways to achieve it – you would never have a successful company. It's hard to do, but it pays off.
Secondly, (as I refer/recommend, however its not obligatory) you should make sure you've got NO woman/ get into any distractions until it's done.

itself a trap, which clouds the reasoning & thinking (you think about her – not, the business, not your future, but about "we", which is very delusional – at least with woman, who respond to: ATTRACTIVE TO WOMAN, how to make a woman want you & are
emotional (not logical), who in itself, plays a major obstacle in success-achieving [however loss of clear thinking → clouded by love is much more of an obstacle]). When you would have secured financial independence in your business (no need to work, never again) & a positive cash flow (every month) of min. 10,000 CURRENCY: woman == yes, however
make sure you won't be betrayed easily (How to know you've being betrayal by husband / wife? How to make sure you won't be betrayed after the
wedding?) & you do the best selection, of woman who is loyal [for LEO as a zodiac sign, the __ONLY__ choice is CAPRICORN woman, however its only the beginning of qualities she has to have]).
Then you should just get it & do it (to start).

Next potential temptation, however not featured in the article are drugs (marijuana → killer of memory, making you unable to start any business, through the "mood" brain & inability to think; amphetamines → destroy mind, you would have psychical problems, making yourself loose all [when you've got business], through incompetent decisions, clouded by this
drug). Basically, all drugs (including pharmaceutical [which are THE WORSE EXISTING], psychotropic substances) cause downfall of your company, basically until it started. Why? Of the issue, that Universal Laws would make sure you would be punished by usage of those drugs, because usage of them is highly immoral. It would come, sooner or faster – an event, which
would be a reminder & nasty enough so you would see him/it – in order for you to change. If you would not do it, it would be the beginning of your downfall & you would basically all, staying with nothing – on barely no chance (maybe after psychiatric hospital / jail) to start over again. It's guaranteed by the property of the mind, which when it lack
µ – its unable to think clearly (due to depletion of power) & its intoxicated by the substances contained in those drugs, you use. Almost all (marijuana, cocaine, extasy, amphetamines, heroin, tramadol, morphine, benzodiazepines, anti-depressants, barbiturates, alcohol & cigarettes are the "soft" drugs) affect your mind in some way. "Hard drugs" (cocaine /
amphetamines) are connected with drastic µ depletion.
If you think, I'm talking shit here – I can tell you, on my example ([in order] #1 experience, My personal reflection about the drugs (practical guide or retrospective
summary)?, GYM progress (mine) in 130 days!, 8 months on gym [without steroids and none prohormones!], SUCCESS STORIES: a global multi-billion (after min. 5-7 years) dollar annum site) & many others, which I know personally which followed this track. It very often starts from "1 single use", "ehh, what would happen –
get me this" – then, drastically (although, ranged in time – once a 1-3 months time) you start to repeat the process again, when you would get to the point when you're taking it every week, a.g. "on party", maybe you may go to once on 1-5 days use, then you're spotting that you're using it too often when you've initially allowed yourself to do. You've
already lost your willpower & you haven't got even a clue, when it happened. It ends, very often when the money is (very fast) out & you're finding yourself cheating in order to get the stuff. Although I've never had the situation above, from the reason that I've always had cash & never depleted from it (not hitting the last point of "lack of cash"), however I don't
feel much stronger from this. This is the biggest nightmare: go to somewhere & to "one" mistake – loose it all. You must be cautious, especially with alcohol.
I think, that the most single reason for taking drugs is to change your emotions – change the boredom around you. Although, its only a perception. What you must watch on, is the days – where you would have "free time" in order to rest. Make sure you would do something constructive with it. On the way, I'm not saying that partying is bad & you can't go out
meet your friends, talk with them or to go to your family to drink a beer with your "brother-in-law". Important to say: you must keep moderation in every aspect of your life. You must also pick closely with whom you associate and who you let into your "world", because when not picked wisely (e.g. drug addicts, however keep in minds that those are often people who
don't look as destroyed – they're rather mostly opposite: in a good shape, who like to take occasionally or which cover they're addiction; as an example take e.g. Angelina Jolie (heroin addict, I don't know is she taking it now), Lindsay Lohan (very good actress, mostly cocaine) or Amy Winehouse (she took all); most of people who take – don't look as
(extreme, worst example) drug addicts (methamphetamine addict), it's mostly dependable on the substance took; I would say that you would rather recognize "hard drug" users, by those GODLIKEISM Symptoms of falling below "µ" (power) ~ 0.35, those qualities "lack of control over emotions", although its again: not a confirmation 100% (even not 70%), because you would need to know is this person leads a highly moral life), you can be sure – you would become one of them. ALWAYS refuse to take, anything which is unknown
for you and it's not an alcohol (but bottled, from shop – not some home-produced anything-knows-who), just safety precautions (+ NEVER leave your beer alone, e.g. in the club & NEVER drink anyone's beer [especially girls beer, who are with you], due to risk that it has been poisoned by some sort of amnesia-inducing drug, like Rophynol/GHB/GBL/1,4 BDO or other
benzodiazepines like midazolam and temazepam [my friend drink a beer of girls that were with him & he lost his consciousness after 3 beers, he didn't remembered what he had done – NOTHING; if you feel confident with leaving your beer alone or drinking somebody else beers [when you're e.g. out of cash], please make sure you won't be took from the club by a man,
who *likes you [and you're a man] (* he's a gay), make also sure you won't be filmed when you would suck his dick, because you won't be even know what you're doing – seriously, you loose conscience after those drugs (combined with alcohol) & you're acting like a person who lack any thinking/ reasoning, you do what the offender ask you to do – mainly
[still: not confirmed on myself, but I pass on this test], not mentioning your ass could hurt next day very much & you would probably not be able walk straight). It's always better to pass, instead of wanting to "leverage your mood" & then be forced of decreasing it.
Another danger, associated with alcohol & drugs is driving a car on the influence of them (even 1-2 beers [!]). Why? Imagine that you're doing an accident, even not from your fault – you're drunk (after 2 beers... phi). Yes, 2 beers – nobody can be drunk after that, but for the insurance companies it doesn't matter – person has proven in a
court that injury which was made to him in an accident, make him unable to perform his "learned" job (he had some kind of permanent damage, e.g. lost his arm etc) – forcing to pay you, for a lifetime, month by month – 2,000 EURO. Where if you would kill accidentally, drinking drunk (even not from your fault) – skipping the danger of jail (VERY
LONG ONE), with CRIMINALS (which some of who, are gays) – needing to pay, e.g. 400,000 EURO for the death to his family (& by being forced to loose all in 1 second, all your wealth). It's ONE IRRESPONSIBLE CHOICE – think about that.
I've read about those stories, but people who did that – driving drunk, after 2 beers. He lost all & bailiff took over all his possessions, leaving him barely with nothing. This person adviced all the people around to think, before they do. However he added, that what he has always dreamed was to reverse time – although, he would never do
that & he needed to accept his reality & the damage he has done. You don't want to be in his position, so bury it deep in mind: no driving after anything. Make sure you never drive friends car, because of the possible danger of destroying something (even not from your fault) or an accident. I don't want to here: teach anybody, because I don't care – everybody
has the mind & has the ability to think (however it could be clouded many times). Just know the possible risks. Believe me, you don't want to be a "main character" in any of them.

In relation to your business it has got huge impact: for example if you would act immoral to any of your employers or your clients (e.g. yell on workers, punish them in immoral way) – Universal Laws would make sure that suddenly, a problem would arise in your business, which
would be significant, because only then focus would be put on it, by you. Everything is spiritual, even money – have attached "spiritual energy" to them. Those earned/ gained in an immoral way – are wasted, spent on "something", just wasted – disappearing like water poured through the fingers. Remember also, that you must change yourself (as a
person, on highly moral in ALL your actions, because they always repay, despite the "initial gain") if there is probably no "other reason" why the problem appears, it's very often – you are the problem, you're morality. You need to shift it &
change your behavior in relation to others, who work in your company & with whom you associate in life. By doing it, you make be sure the problem would disappear on itself.
What is the nature of "problems" or unexpected events in your business?
Understanding it in the simplest way: Universal Laws, ensure that your business would be 100% by putting on your way ALL the obstacles on which you haven't prepared or which you haven't realized that (unconscious) they exist. All, in order to make your business (& on this journey – yourself, as a person) more perfect.
By not thinking through all the obstacles, problems that could arise & by NOT preparing on them – you can be sure they would come to you. What's interesting: thinking about (potential) problem, before it appears – makes him, often – not appear in your experience.
Nature of all those problems is to prepare you fully for the end gains, to make you a more stronger & perfect person.
Your task is to prepare, think through every (POSSIBLE [!]) problem & to make sure it won't happen or to have already defense & pattern of action on executing solution on it. You must think about ALL the problems, even ask/ hire other people to find you for them, so everything would go slightly (if you won't – it would appear, its guaranteed by the Laws, set
in the Universe). It's the unknown knowledge, who most people don't realize consciously.
- SOLIDNESS & EXCELLENT customer service.
Motto is: "treat your customer as a king" (as you would be loved to be treated). On this "treating" are taking part few points: firstly, doing the best possible service, care of the customer, bringing him help – being nice & caring about him & his problems by offering the right solution. Although, there are many few things which add to overall customer
experience, which aren't mainly presented by the most of companies. First, the most important is the POINT STORIES: Sense of Urgency and you're the boss story, next is: giving more value than your take in exchange for money, third: POINT STORIES: Solid vs unsolid companies (customer service).
Although the most important is to keep the great contact with customer (lack of contact is the single hugest danger for any of the client, make sure you always reply to him & he always knows what you're up to – in face of problems of uncertainty make sure he knows that your problem is being in a process of finding resolution) & to establish a personal relation,
so he would always choose you – because of the emotions that are cause by your overall customer experience.
- (ON THE END, BUT MOST IMPORTANT) FORGETTING ABOUT TRUE PURPOSE OF BUSINESS, selling from the start, selling & selling again.

(BONUS.) Business angel funds are seeking for the companies, who are in some way: innovative. Why? Because innovation is what allows a company to gain the percentage of the already-filled market. By having a feature which your competitors don't have & its a durable competitive advantage – you're destined to grab a significant market cap or even to gain a
temporary monopoly.
(BONUS2.) Make sure also, when you would have a website – that it would contain, in a visible way – all the information required (e.g. like address of your club + map of getting it, combined with buses line /etc. – when you're running a club). It's nothing much pathetic, when the client enters your website and can't find primary information like...
address on it.
Thinking that the price is the most important thing is not as much important as the peace of mind which your customer has (backed up, by e.g. features of the product, like higher life time, than your competitors etc.). Price is important, but not as much as you think. The same with thinking that nobody has cash (poor thinking).
