I treat this article as a pattern: if you want you can. Changes aren't maybe astonishing, but I'm satisfied. My personal gym progress in 5 months, look at photos.

History (background).
After returning from UK, having a business and doing: RECORDS, what are yours [founder] (point 5.) I looked like this (those photos were taken soon before taking me to a hospital) [dated on: 30.10.2009 and 01.11.2009 – exactly].





I was weighting 57kg after returning from UK (not on the pictures! 2-3 months after were took, I was even smaller) and could cover my bicep with 2 fingers.

After they didn't wanted me to release from the hospital (went out after 1.5 month) before christmas eve. I started to train on 2nd of january.

After leaving "prison", I've gain in it about ~10 kg think. I've bought steroids (I had money, a lot those times), but... I didn't used them. I've convinced myself (it would be loss to use them on such weight, seriously), read article: STEROIDS PROS and CONS (you've got more information there).

Today is 2010-05-10 21:10:11, I've have camera (needed to do some photos for ID:1 article). After training, of bicep and chest (pump has gone when doing photos) I've done those (it's to document my progress).

Notice that on pictures, I didn't used anything to pump myself or to be bigger (creatine has drowned 1 month ago from me). It's mid-like pictures.





On August I would put my photos with maximal pump.

To be honest: I've trained 2 years before had 1 year pause and done drugs, it had an impact (those earlier training). I see how many mistakes people are doing when building body mass and training. I never used steroids, never. Please post comments if you've got any questions, let me know what you think.

Update: it's exactly 4 months, 10 days – 130 days (without steroids! and none prohormones!).
