When you see a alcohol/tobacco/other drugs you imagine all the situations where you never wanted to be (eg. hangover after alcohol, vomiting, loose of control and consequences with the law after usage, pain in stomach – the worst of all alcohol "excess"; you think only about the very bad sides and nothing else [btw. http://path-of-power.com/how-to-decrease-alcohol-hangover,252 (in practice: have none hangover)]. For tobacco you can use images of destroyed lungs, loss of money, "bad taste" after quiting, stinking smell, but think that your health is the most important factor or either watch this: TAR CIGARETTE, tar in a cigarette (required). Think that best results (images) you get when you think about your over dosage of those substances.

You must also create in your mind a movie (situation) when somebody approaches you with amphetamine, cigarette (for all of those substances you need to have separate movie in your mind, pre-prepared before they happen; you must also repeat them in various time frames – seeing yourself rejecting the offer). In the exact time when you see the substance firstly you launch, the anchor (see required article in the top) ["anchoring"], [you get in that moment: "auch, it hurts"] then you play your movie between the eyes about all those states (see the part above) you've had in past (or even haven't, it doesn't matter, but it's much easier to go back to the bad memories than actually create one [easier in terms of convincing your mind]). Practice to automatically say: "no" even between considering any option.

Thinking about substance you desire kills all this mechanism. Adapt this method: How to retake control over your mind (over your life)?

To retake any power over your life you first must retake the power from your mind which controls you. You're the lord of your mind, not inverse (and in 70%-95% cases it's the second way). It's pathology that people can't control fully what they think and though that they're thoughts are on autopilot and they can't do anything with them.

One of the reasons why people can't stop to smoke is the image (imagination) of how it "super" ("great") would be to smoke that one cigarette, but they're also have a desire to stop to smoke permanently forever.

Golden rule says: Desire would always loose with the Image (Imagination of the situation).

One of the ways to stop is to only thing negatively (with disgust) [and only in 1 way – the worst way] about subject of your thoughts when the last come (and they would come sooner or faster). Thing negatively, say STOP and then stop to think. It's easier than it appears to look, but you must make a preparation in mind to do that.

In the very beginning of quiting any addiction (habit) you must find yourself a mind-dealing work (best if you consider it to be effort-worthy for you). Remember that it only takes 21 days to break a habit. Buy yourself a gum, handle with hands. You must also notice that you must to implement ALL those techniques, because they (usage of them) makes it easy to quit.

Notice: when you quit addiction like smoking (not applies to medicine drugs*) you quit them NOW by feeling inner disgust to it and imagining the bad causes after (but if you would start to imagine how good it would be to use it "once" you've already lost). It's not the will like the HARD, thought through decision. Nicorrete (gums with nicotine or plasters) are only the other way of the same drug administration (nicotine) and as a curiosity companies who have fund them (are owners) are the same cigarette companies.

Update 2011-01-31: Golden rule is inverse: desire always losses with the image (imagination). Sorry, I've spotted it now, have it on my mind like this, but wrote differently (in all material it doesn't matter).

If any of those methods didn't worked for you (it's impossible if you've read all the articles linked and you've put them into use), but in case – 1 last method.

You need to find a thing which doesn't allow you to take this drug. In my situation it appeared instantly when I have set a goal: Something sitting in throat and you think you can't breathe. I've got biological response from my organism, not painful, but F* SHIT ENOUGH that I CAN'T TAKE ANYTHING (e.g. stimulants), because of the shit syndrome which is confusing (just BAD) strongly enough that I have even started to convince myself that drugs are not for me (and they for sure are not). I've stopped taking anything in the age of 21. End. [sorry, need to put it: My personal reflection about the drugs (practical guide or retrospective summary?), RECORDS, what are yours [founder]]



Next reason why you need to take drugs (or feel the need) is, because of the low energy of "mood" on brain, laziness, whatever (paste what you think). The solution I have found and which "releases" you from need to take any drugs (believe me: you don't even want to, because you feel so energetic and brilliant and on other side: have the thought that if you would start to take anything – it would go to the previous state and you would do everything to keep THIS state), is (1. parasite cleanse, 2. kidney cleanse, 3. liver cleanse, 4. the "inner organism sickness" cleanse): Extreme Tiredness? Feeling Tired [just do only the parasite cleanse, on the beginning]. It would be enough to start. And even if it sound so bizarre, so unrealistic and so pathetic (for somebody) I don't want you to believe me a word. I want you to first DO IT and then TAKE THE VOICE. End of the topic.

No drugs again. Never (only alcohol sometimes, 5-10x a year, at least for me as a "max"). Life is easier through, without any drugs. Surprised? Test it too (never thought about it), but the facts and the overall feelings talk by themself. Thank you.

… Update 2011-03-22.

It appears that doing 7-14 day starvation is a very good method to finish your addiction once and for all. After 3 days when the stomach closes – organism starts to release endorfins (anti-pain "molecules", [identically like you would start to take: tramadol]) and you think clearly and feel wonderful. You've got a time to understand why you're taking those drugs and have an opportunity to resign from them forever. Besides, when you're on starvation – NO side effects (withdrawal effects) don't appear, never. It helped a lot of people to quit their past objects of pleasure. Knowledge about this method is being hidden.

Also appears that thinking in a person wrongly about some drug gives a permanent change in the thought, e.g.: smoking is gay (or put anything else which touches you; or is in some way offensive to you so your mind would avoid those substances to don't connect you with the group of people you hate/shame of/cause negative emotions; it's only an example, it doesn't needs to be a group of people).

… Update 2011-07-26.

Over time I've found that the problem relies much deeper than the desire for the drugs (or rather suppressing it). It's not even the result of "µ" (where you're on low "µ" you feel the subconscious need to attract the attention on yourself – of the surrounding; you feel also the need for drugs, in some sense of way; on the lower levels of µ you're feeling empty inside – drugs seem to help by releasing more µ and you're going on the "slippery slope" – just DOWN, making more damage & more stupid/irresponsible/unmoral things over time; good if the crash is in a psychiatric hospital, for at least some time [you're drugged on X months, after being released from the hospital; you need to walk [you can't sit in 1 place] & you rebuild you're µ levels over time). I know it from the autopsy.

The problem relies in you're SUBCONSCIOUS PROGRAMMING. If you were pre-programmed (by yourself or by parents/friends) – mostly in the childhood to use drugs – you would use them. The program in your mind only allows you to go to "the limits" that you take those drugs (e.g. some may only use marijuana). Other would want to use other / more stronger drugs and their "compass" would bring them back very soon when they would go e.g. into amphetamines (1-time use) and they're going back to MJ. It's only an example.

PROGRAMMING of the subconscious is the CORE of the problem, so in order to change your mind thinking patterns (and I've done it), I recommend, this: VERY DANGEROUS HYPNOTIC SESSION WHICH CHANGES YOUR MIND IMPLEMENTING SUCCESFULL ACTION PATTERNS (I can't give it free, because it's not my ©right; & it comes at a price).

I've spotted, after 1 month usage that I don't WANT TO even use the drugs who were the best single thing in my past life. I don't even touch a cigarette or alcohol. It's how it changes...


… Update 2011-08-27.

What is also very important in the process abandoning the usage of any drugs is the talk which you give to yourself & to other people. For example you can't talk that "I hate marijuana, but I accept/could use anything chemical like e.g. amphetamines, extasy etc". Why? Because people like to seem logical and you're mind would allow you to snort this line or take a pill. You can't think on this subject, however when it would be took to foreground – you need to reply that you hate it and in all of the negatives. Just don't associate with the people who take (change you're environment), watch on the alcohol and start to forget about your old drug habits (it attaches also to cigarettes/alcohol [!]). Boredom is what kills people, make sure you've got a worthy-achieving goal. This might be helpful: Test on Life Intelligence (IQ test).

SUMMING UP. You must understand that people use drugs, because of the state their feel after usage of them (emotions). If you would not break this conscious/ (then) subconscious pattern which you've created in your mind ("how it would be greatly when I would use X"), you would be always hooked on particular type of drug/ group of substances. Even if you would stop taking it, even for a couple months time.

I've put in this article methods, which would allow you to quit & also supplied the logical & conscious reasons in order to convince your mind. As an example: some people take amphetamine, because of the way they feel in their bodies ("mud", "slowness", "tiredness", "mind fog") & by taking it, they are a completely new people. What they don't know, is that the state which they are after usage of amphetamines (!not methamphetamine) is barely similar to the state human person, is: when he's healthy (no, you're not): [ how to solve ]. Where keep in mind, that real health is something much very different that its perceived in the common trend (or what doctors believe it is). It's being free from fungus overgrowth & parasites. The two are the most important and although it requires effort to come back, to full health: never being sick again or feel tired – it's far much easier to took the shot of amphetamine, making yourself damage (to the mind) & to the body. Drugs are the easy way, which allows us to experience states which people experience, who are in their minds feeling successful & who put large contribution to the society.

As curiosity: Trip million times intense than heroin (naturally [!])?. Edit
