What I do, and what you should do:
- When you wake up morning you listen consciously to this 1x time and then you wake up.
- When you go sleep you listen to it 3x time and then you sleep with earphones on yourself and listen to it all night.
It must be quite loud (when doing sleeping), you need to hear it fully (hear the words).
You listen to it
everyday for a year.
That's what I do.
You should see effects after 3 months.

Update. (AndyPSV comments)
It's not enough what I've supplied. 2 things you need to do by duty to make it work [!].
Everyday, in thoughts repeat to yourself 2 things (for the purpose of the topic of the article, to work):
- I'm soaking self-induced hypnosis from myself like a sponge.
- I'm mega confident (I feel mega confidence), all the time, always.
20 - 100 repeats all the day (should go to min. 200-300). Just do it (with faith talk to yourself it).
It would give you approx after 12 months (after 3 months you should feel the difference) about 30% max (MAX!) of what I think (know) is confidence [for you it would be an "earthquake" [!]], BUT for some people this isn't enough.
What I perceive on confidence goes also:
- lack of guilt (dangerous! you need to know godlikeism)
- lack of shame
- lack of guilt
- no hescitation
- no procrastination
- no laziness
- no lack of energy
- power to say, do everything
and the list goes on and on...
I've implementing 100% of, would say 90% (I'm probably unaware of something) and what could I say: side effects are bizarre – I cry everyday, mind doesn't wants to listen. It could lead to a disaster, I'm sure that 99.99999999% of people don't need it. I don't need it too, you're going inhuman. With those empty emotions the clue is that... you need them.
In my case there is no turning back, I don't have anything to loose, I don't have nothing: money (almost depleted), family, job (business) anything which I want. You see people as an assets, if case of not doing anything which would push you forward you feel so bad like you wouldn't have heroin to shot.
My mind is just blowing, I'm in a process of developing sickness inside my head without any turning back (undo). It should be drug-induced hypnosis (all), but I do it without using anything. It's maybe weaker everything (The Process), but without any muscle loss (
GYM progress (mine) in 130 days!)
and low of
"µ" (which is the most important thing, read free chapter:
godlikeism book).
Goal is to develop permanent drug-like induced state all the time (lifetime) [without taking ANYTHING!].
BTW. What I've presented in the 1st section of the article – for you it would be for sure, enough and you would be satisfied. For some people: "best", isn't just enough, understand it.

Great part in this (50%) plays subconscious programming (through deep hypnosis) for very great amount of time (min. 3 months time – twice a day, 1hour after wake up and 1 hour before sleep):
VERY
DANGEROUS HYPNOTIC SESSION WHICH CHANGES YOUR MIND IMPLEMENTING SUCCESFULL ACTION PATTERNS (← clickable link), although it turns you in some kind of a psychopath when you don't feel any guilt, shame or hesitation and "bad" feelings. It comes at a price and would not do everything for you, it's dangerous because it implements some destructive patterns when
you're not following the plan, so it's not publicly available (to be honest: it's not for everybody). Is it for me? Definitely yes. I would eat sharp knife (somebody would say: that I would do a blowjob to a man) to be successful and to realize my dreams until it's moral, but on other hand – anything isn't without a price. It would come soon or faster.

Crucial in being confident is body language. You can't stay confident with weak body language, because you're feeling would follow the posture you're actually in.
When you walk, you always look to the "sky", in 30-45 degree angle (you're head), not under the legs. It's very important. Do yourself this exercise: every time you go anywhere you look "above", so you're chin is pointed to little above the ground level. Next important thing is to push your chest forward and to slow you're movements. Taking lots of space when you
sit (however not necessarily, just staying relaxed & comfortable applies also.
You know when you're lacking confidence by yourself, however you're organism responds on a subconscious level by creating "micro itches" on the area of you're head/face.
You should also consider going to a
gym and/or participating into a some sort of k1/krav maga/boxing training (even twice a week for an 1.5-2 hours).

period of time your mind actually goes crazy, because when you're not working for a day or two
you're experiencing very sad emotions (neurological), so you must to work; it's too dangerous and it
can lead some people on the edge of suicide, because they could not find themselves in this
situation; getting ridding of those beliefs is not easy and some of this programming stays
permanently (this programming isn't for normal, "ordinary" people); I've uploaded this in my mind by
