How to create best website in the world? PART IIEdit

I was approaching & thinking about this subject for a period of time and I've came with some ideas.

1. This website must be clean & visible.
You must eliminate from it: all of the hinderers which disdain all the important things on it – the actions you want the user/client to perform on your website.

2. GOALS which you want of user to perform.
What you expect from the visitors? Do he/she performs them? Another question: do the user performs them when he is on the website? Furthermore: did YOU perform them when you've visited you're site?

3. "In what I'm the best and where am I the best choice?", "What distincts me from the competitors, what I do different in terms of innovation?"

4. Clients? Who are they? How can I get to them? What and where is my target group? What places that they visit? How can I approach them?

5. Do client understands my business?
I want you to tell you my story about this point.

Where I've had a RC business (click it). I've had a friend of mine – which I've invited personally – to my home – to let me – does HE would handle with making an order. I've found that he wasn't able to place it.

I've saved a lot by placing a direct instruction – he wasn't able to place it off course, but placing an IMAGE "how to do it" saved me a lot of clients and money. Answer (& find for yourself) some people on which you know you could test you're shop and the goods you deliver. I know that some people are afraid to ask directly...
