How to decrease alcohol hangover (or to
have NONE)?
To avoid/decrease at minimum alcohol hangover, do (or to have NONE hangover on next day):
Take a multivitamin pills who cover at least 500% of daily vitamins&minerals RDA by simply taking 5x "recommended dosage" of your vitamin pills (I recommend Animal Pak, take 2 packs at once) before going sleep.
Drink at least 1-1.5 liters of non-carbonated (no-fluoride) mineral water before going sleep.
All this combined should decrease the alcohol intoxication to a "comfortable" level. Remember do those steps when next time you would have a drink, thank you.
* If you don't have vitamins & minerals, please do only the second (2.) point (in bold). It should allow you to feel very comfortable on the next day like you didn't drink on the previous day.
Remember also, to drink only 1 type of alcohol, ex. when you drink beer you drink only beer, no vodka. It's illustrated the best (Alcohol party in your stomach by Jim Breuer):
An alcohol hangover is associated with a variety of symptoms that may include dehydration, fatigue, headache, body aches, vomiting, diarrhea, flatulence, weakness, elevated body temperature, hypersalivation, difficulty concentrating, sweating, anxiety, dysphoria, irritability, sensitivity to light and noise, erratic motor functions (including tremor), trouble
sleeping, severe hunger, halitosis, and lack of depth perception. Many people will also be repulsed by the thought, taste or smell of alcohol during a hangover. The symptoms vary from person to person, and occasion to occasion, usually beginning several hours after drinking. It is not clear whether hangovers directly affect cognitive abilities.
A hangover (pronounced /?h??o?v?r/) describes the sum of unpleasant physiological effects following heavy consumption of alcoholic beverages. The most commonly reported characteristics of a hangover include headache, nausea, sensitivity to light and noise, lethargy, dysphoria, diarrhea and thirst, typically after the intoxicating effects of the alcohol begin to wear
off. While a hangover can be experienced at any time, generally speaking a hangover is experienced the morning after a night of heavy drinking. In addition to the physical symptoms, a hangover may also induce psychological symptoms including heightened feelings of depression and anxiety.

In the original article was 2 or 2.5 liter of water, but I've found that 1.5 liter (6 beers or more; 1 liter – below 6 beers) is enough to don't have almost any hangover at all on the next day. I've usually drink those 2 liters – I know it takes those 1-2 hours after you come back home to drink it, but you've got no hangover on the next day. It's
definitely worth it.
I presume that the causation for the alcohol hangover is lack of water in your body, which comes after you drink – on the next day, when you wake up.
I've hadn't had a alcohol hangover in the past 6 months...

L-cysteine (500mg in tablets) has also been know to reduce drastically symptoms of alcohol hangover, as its caused by dehydration and burning of it by the body. However, I didn't used it personally specifically on alcohol hangover, so I can't tell the effects. Edit
<AndyPSV> In next day you don't even feel like you would drink... when you drink those 2-2.5 liters of water
before going sleep
