How to do: gastric lavage, force yourself vomit to clean totally your stomach?Edit

Remember that you've got about 40 minutes after the intake of any substance to vomit it until it (with notice: the substance isn't absorbed by membrane). More in case where you've eaten a lot, but stop to count on it.

You pour 7l of tap water to a bucket/other container and drink from it in a cups (250ml, normal "glass") in the fastest way (FORCING YOURSELF TO DRINK) until vomiting (without any break, cup after cup). Remember that you need to empty the whole content of water (min. 7 liter) in order to have confidence that the whole content of the stomach was expelled. It's very unpleasant feeling (specially in stomach). The very fast intake of clean water would result on its own with vomiting.

Remember that there isn't given you any "cure" or rather substance to force yourself vomit. The natural way is used in hospitals (probably if the patient is able to vomit).

Lack of this basic knowledge (wasn't aware of it) caused situation, which was described in the article: Something sitting in throat and you think you can't breathe (yes – shame, but when you can die in next 40 minutes you're probably not thinking rationally). I was thinking (convinced) that you take an IV shot or something. Terrible ignorance and serious mistake.

Vomiting (known medically as emesis and informally as throwing up and a number of other terms) is the forceful expulsion of the contents of one's stomach through the mouth and sometimes the nose. Vomiting can occur due to a wide variety of conditions; it may present as a specific response to ailments like gastritis or poisoning, or as a non-specific sequela of disorders ranging from brain tumors and elevated intracranial pressure to overexposure to ionizing radiation. The feeling that one is about to vomit is called nausea, which usually precedes, but does not always lead to, vomiting. Antiemetics are sometimes necessary to suppress nausea and vomiting, and, in severe cases where dehydration develops, intravenous fluid may need to be administered to replace fluid volume.
Vomiting is different from regurgitation, although the two terms are often used interchangeably. Regurgitation is the return of undigested food back up the esophagus to the mouth, without the force and displeasure associated with vomiting. The causes of vomiting and regurgitation are generally different.
