Innovative is a "top term" last days. You create a business plan – you need to have innovative ideas – something which competitors don't have or you can do it in a better way, fashion – cheaper, better, faster.

How to write a best business plan ever? (not-published anywhere knowledge)
How to generate those ideas? Well, I want you to understand one thing – innovative doesn't mean it need to be how much bigger / better than it's hard for you even to imagine. Innovative idea needs to be
only 10% new than others and it could give you limits
when you put enough effort, work and care in other things which are important in your business.
What means the term innovative (show me on example)? You've probably heard the story about a man living in New York which was observing workers doing sidewalk (putting bricks) and asked them: why you're not doing it on two sides (starting from the center and going to the corners?). They replied to him that, because it's the way they work. He later made a decision to
create his own company and his company have won almost every public auction in the city, because he put sidewalk 2x faster and also better than his competitors by only applying this very obvious thing: to start from the center and go to sides (this story is authentical).
That's innovative. You would discover that only slightly difference or doing something in a different way (or fashion) can be your competing advantage over the competitors.
How to generate innovative ideas?
I would only put you 2 methods which would allow you to generate some very innovative ideas for yourself, but notice is here put: you must train those techniques. They won't work "as is" – you need to work with them and use them on daily basis. I've made familiar with them (and get what I want) after about 6 months of cyclic training.
You must also understand that there are 4 types of minds (if you've not type I [from the list] you should probably find somebody who represents this style of thinking [prefers it, like me e.g. – I'm this type]). You've got all information in the article:
BUSINESS MINDS: 4 types. You
simply grab a notebook, write your name: do 4 types as table, then you read the text (all 4) and put 1st which is your dominating mind, then you put secondary which suits you the best. You've got now some sense of knowledge what you represent and in what you would check the most (1st -> ideas, 2nd -> planning / strategies, 3rd -> critic, 4th -> worker). If you're for
example: 1st and 2nd type – you feel the best at creating new ideas and making plans and strategies to put them to reality. You want to probably find a person who would "fill" you in "mind" (3rd and 4th). You then would create a perfect team which knows the dangers and doesn't lack new innovative ideas. This is very important.
You want probably also make a whole huge list of all your partners and they're styles (tell them straight that they're not better or worse choices – everyone is different). So, when you e.g. need new ideas – you visit types 1st (type I). When you need strategy – you go to 2nd (II type) etc. See it? You can probably be not suited for creating new
ideas, so let the others make the work for you, but on other side: watch for incompetent and not engaged people.

You need to go 3-4 hours before going sleep. It needs to be dark outside and you need to have blinds on windows – no light (from e.g. lamp outside [if you've got – change room]). You need to feel very comfortable and secure in this place. You must also ensure nobody would interrupt your "job" (best if you're completely alone in whole home / apartment). You
must eat before doing this, so anything can undermine your thinking.
You relax and put completely black t-shirt on your eyes (to make sure it's pure darkness [like on the right ->]) and you (clear your mind for 10 minutes, to don't completely think about anything and) start to create images (visualize). It would be extreme hard
to do at the beginning, but it would come naturally after those 3-6 months of training. You do (one of the following, best to use them in rotation):
- You hear about other people talking about you (but you don't see them), you just hear they're probably generated ideas about you, your project and the whole concept of you. Your mind would start to generate tons of thinking about your plan. Another variation of this method is the inverse: "you think what they could talk about you" and when you satisfy
your ego you go deeper with it, finding new ideas and solutions on the problems or another approach.
I've developed this method on my own, of the paranoia's, delusions and when the reality disappears (when you're on µ <= 0.1 [more in the article: GODLIKEISM Concept of power: "µ" (power field)) and see ghosts (they've VERY useful methods). It on the
beginning could be harming for you (this method), but if you would persist and start to put into life those "advices" which you would get in 3rd, 5th session (and they would come: sooner or faster) you would discover this technique beats all of the techniques.
- You see your business in the eyes of the customer (through the customer eyes, "you get into his body" and visit, slowly your business experiencing the same sensations he is probably experiencing) [1].
[1] Visit all competitors at least 100x times, in time (or 10,20 stores times 10,20; or internet pages). Take ALL of them (implement all the solutions, they've made + figure and apply innovative ones). They WOULD COME if you think enough of time.

I'm doing this exercise everyday before going sleep for 1-2 years time. It lead me to huge innovative ideas and one thing which I need to mention:
you need to have burning desire to find a solution or fixation of the problem you're focusing on. BUT, don't think about the problem itself, but SEEK (focus) for a solution on it.
PRIMARY DUTY: You need to have notebook, torch and pencil (or couple, in colors) near to yourself (on chair near your bed e.g.) and you write EVERY idea which flows to your mind and are thankful for it (say thank you in mind) and continue the process. The idea don't needs to be "VERY BEST" at the beginning – your job is only to write it and mark it
(next level) as specific for your needs. Remember that ideas of the ideas that you've wrote in your notebook would be rebuild the way you can't ever imagine, but it takes time.

Major role with finding ideas (and they're quality and scale) play beliefs. Also practice of constant thinking plays huge role, but the point is:
you won't get any idea which don't accords (or is in harmony) to your beliefs (the Universe works like that and if you think it's bad – believe me it's the biggest bless; don't like your effects? change
the causes (thinking) which are roots, not the fruit itself).
Summing it up:
if you're think about yourself (and it was pushed into subconscious) that you're a born genius and you generate genius ideas – you would generate genius ideas in your own thinking, because it's true to you (you take it as a true, grant for yourself, you act accordingly and you are in your own reality a genius – you get genius ideas on
your own standards [remember the "godlikeism" part about the
brain – antenna?]). Notice also that it's hard for you to generate any ideas at all if you think – generating new ideas isn't for you (it probably is, but did you ever thought
that you're the real causation of this?).

Understand that nobody gets on the beginning best ever imaginable ideas. Start from small idea and in time: develop it big (in your plan). The most important thing is to start – then, it's much easier to continue (in any sector). It would grow, in time.
