Firstly, the main question isn't: how to get clients, but HOW MY BUSINESS WORKS, WHAT I SELL and then focusing on methods to increase the sales. The primary thing you need to do is to rethink your business. If you're suffering from the lack of clients or insufficient sales to sustain yourself on the market you need to think what are the direct causes or maybe your
business model isn't just right?
The whole concept of business is the hugest important factor, however there are some other factors which put emphasis on the money you make. It's very simple, like going from the point
A → B. There is no magic in it.
I would give you a perfect example of the restaurant in my city which has the tastiest natural food and quite cheap prices, while it suffers from the permanent lack of client. Why? Well, there are few things which contribute to the failure of it. 1st factor is. LOCATION. It's located, not in the center of city, however it could be linked to the success when done
right. How? It's connected to the national road and the sign on the road is: a) very small, b) not everybody knows how to exactly find it (it's hidden BEHIND the GATE, making it invisible) c) there is no visible redirecting sign "to the right". In results (potential) clients drive to the city center (Lipno). This restaurant (or pizza/bar place) would went out of the
business when it would not organize name-day parties and 18 year old parties (when the person ends 18 year – he/she does a party usually). I've done exactly pointed few things which would increase the clientele drastically, but people don't seem to have much ideas on how to improve the cash flow & user experience. Also the price of the bear could be lowered to
the 3 pln (they could reduce cost by buying barrels).
On other hand there are MANY businesses which aren't the quiet best idea to perform in the particular location (due to insufficient number of people & visitors) and not expanded price system (profit) & not innovative. Remember also that businesses which are performing good on their beginning & the person who started it thinks they would not go below the "primary"
earnings. What I mean here is that – you open a business – you get cash – you don't innovate or open new points, don't invest in new business ventures or expanding the existing ones. A shop near you or 2-3 could be opened and you're earnings would probably plum. What I've did when it was good is the crucial question which you need to ask yourself.
It's quite noticeable that when it's bad – it's usually too late.
Few points could be linked to all businesses, so you need to rethink it all over again. The main questions are.
CONCEPT QUESTIONS.
1. What is my business? What am I selling? How to I can innovate in it? What sort of product could I sell in future? What other service I could apply to my business? Where would be the market in the future? What could I do to expand? Is
there a place for another point? How could I build or partner with other companies which products we could refer or cross-sell? How could I go nationally -> worldwide? What about introducing my company to the stock market? Could I find investors to expand my business? How could I get extra money on expansion from the
local help "office of labor" or European Union donations / business angel funds? What are the products of tomorrow? In which section I want to become the best / largest? What is my particular niche (the product/client service/need I fulfill?)
but also.
Do I sell too much products? What products sell the best & what products I need to dump (more doesn't necessarily mean better)? Or to do like Nokia – focus on the new market I want to become the best instead of putting ALL-sector products with high to average quality? Am I the right person on the management position or did my time & ideas just ended? Do I've got
all the
BUSINESS MINDS: 4 types on the board? What I'm offering that competitors don't? What distinct is in my company in the background of others? Do I have a website? Do I use Internet to enhance my earning ability / inform potential customers?
Maybe the structure of my company may be different, more optimized? Do I need all the people who work in my company? Can I reduce the employment? What things could be dealt different, more sufficient? What I could enhance in the established way of doing things?
CLIENT SIDE.
Ability to find huge clients is obvious. However, if they can't find you it's your duty to get to them in some sense of way – directly (by sending offer and contacting them) & indirectly e.g. through advertising, friends, recommendations & many more.
2. Who is my client?
- Age, Demographics, Education, for what they are willing to pay
What he wants? Why he needs to choose your product? What he wants from your product? For what he is paying for?
What particular advantages gives him your product?
If they are companies – who are they. How can I get to them, what offer to present (bonus, etc)? Catalogs? Other companies? Through (paid) recommendations? Any friends who works closely-related or on CEO positions (or other important?)
WHAT THE CLIENT GETS FROM IT. (based on emotions)
WHAT IS IN IT FOR ME?
Targeting your niche client group is crucial to make your business grow. Most of the failure comes from lack of ability to do significant volume of sell.
To earn more money you need to get (attract) more & bigger clients. How you achieve this? To make it you need to often put yourself in a different perspective, e.g. with usage of those method / listen to your clients or hire people who would
put different & fresh ideas on the established ways of doing things. Maybe you need a strategic partner who would help you in the areas where you're core competences aren't great enough?

I don't know if the information is truthful, however I was asked for help, so let's go. 1| With making such business from the scratch I would start from raising funds on it. When you're registering "economic activity" you're receiving from the government from PUP (in Poland) up to 18 000 PLN. It's quite a nice sum on buying things & tools which are needed (and assortment). The only requirement is to have this "activity" for 12 months. It's -6 000 PLN (on
ZUS [retirement fund, obligatory], & taxes [accountant]), so you've got 12k left. You can go to get another 40 000 PLN from EU (European Union), but you need to be patient and don't count on this money. Although you don't need much cash on starting this business, however it's always wise to get every penny you can get to make it successful.
The most important is altitude: you need to make this business successful and whatever would happen – you would be successful anyway. I would recommend, the most:
VERY DANGEROUS HYPNOTIC SESSION WHICH CHANGES YOUR
MIND IMPLEMENTING SUCCESFULL ACTION PATTERNS, which would drastically (by 9/10th) increase the chances of success. You need to put all your efforts & time to make it work & be successful – find clients, deal with accountants & work, work, work until the system isn't done completely and fully automated. You would also need to overcome shyness, fear & doubts

2| Next step I would do was to buy very cheap hosting, e.g. on hostit.pl where you've got 6-months free time (or any other provider), in your primary
language.
Website & your bureau where you handle with clients are the most important elements of your business (to get clients and educate them without much cost).
Finding appropriate name (your brand) & registering company could be done after some time from getting first customers. Name of the brand should be something between soft / kind sounding – going to ear, e.g. "healthy naturals", "natural clinic", "eclinic", "healthbest clinic", etc. You need to verify the forbidden words in names for the naming of your brand.
It's the work you need to do. Make sure it would be rememberable. More, on the subject:

Website – professional & very representative should cost about 1,000 PLN AND you need to put all the needed information on it, along with the map & address how to get to you + DUTY[!]: telephone (you need to supply telephone, it needs to be your mobile number, so you're 24h under phone) and best e-mail or contact form for additional questions. You should also
put "distance healing" for your clients who live far from you (through sending them some tablets) & allow them to pay by credit card. You should also update regularly page & make "recommendations" along with mobile phone / e-mail addresses of you're "satisfied" clients. On this website should also be precisely explained how the system works, e.g. "distance clients" or
you can visit us in X to get X+Y. We offer x+y+z, sell x+y+z, we produce our own [online shop]. Website should be also positioned on Google under phrases (obligatory: buy seo positioning), e.g. "zmeczenie" [pl] and other phrases (do your research), yearly cost shouldn't be much more higher than max. 2-3k pln. Website should be a useful tool for you & your clientele.
It should have all the details & profits, all visible in 1 hand – when you need to send x+y to y client, etc. etc. It should be really effective with handling with all the customers & everyone of them you should keep you in the website database.
While we would skip the technical data of what & when send to X or Y (I know that precisely & every people can do it when reading the article). The user who asked this questions knows it also very precisely, so we would left this point unexplained.

You should think also about offering something extra to every of your clients – it could be a book, some piece of information (e.g. translate on polish article from this page & supply it to your client, or buy a book – could be free, etc – extra tablets, extra service, extra discount for loyal customers). You need to give more than you receive.
While there is rule: best businesses never suffer from lack of clients. Being innovative, leader, the number #1 in the branch of customer service puts you among every competitor in this field. Go always to greatness and the unseen forces would come to help. ALWAYS go for innovation, always seek those 1-2 ideas that would skyrocket you in the field. While,
sticking to e.g. Different Thinking Approach, part I, ideas – you should be ahead among others. Seek also for recommendations to put them on website, of you're satisfied clients – obligatory. Ask them also to recommend your service to their friends and thank them
for staying with you. You always need to give something extra & supply the possibly best customer care. You've got an example (however funny) in the movie: "Don't mess with Zohan" (innovation: hairdresser with sexy girls cutting your hair topless). Think about it and bury it deep in your heart.
I didn't mentioned it before, but it's very important how the office looks like. It needs to be clean, professional and not cheap (looking expensive). Image is everything. All your reputation would be forced by the law that how people perceive you & your business (you're person as well) would have the single largest impact on you're business & the profits you make
(although thinking, beliefs of self are very important also). You're office where you would have table, PC on the desk and shelf or something (your products to buy visible).
THERE IS NO MONEY WITHOUT SELLING TO THE LARGE AMOUNTS OF CLIENTS YOU'RE SERVICE.
I've figure out a system which would allow you to cash appropriate amounts of money. Where you need to know that – knowing too much knowledge (by clients) is making them independent from you and that's very undesired, so best is when you give them partial information about the dosage, all ingredients which are used by you (however you need to think it through
and find the appropriate system on your own). All the symptoms that cause drug x / drug y1 (confirm them as "all natural", because people have a "comfort zone" to take natural things). I've came up with the pricing system like following:
1-time fee to join "health club", 200-400 pln one time fee (or even more, 500 pln)
200 pln monthly fee which includes all the costs (or more, even to 400 pln / per month --- per single client)
I would stay with the minimum prices I've supplied, 400 pln – one time fee (1st month free), 200 pln monthly fee. I would also make the "curing part" delayed to (or rather in rage of) 12-18 months to have full treatment. It would allow to cash significant amount of money and wouldn't be too much stressful to the client on other behalf. The cost of monthly
therapy (without the costs of first 2-3 months & diet) should not breakout through 40 pln / per month. Although I think that the costs (& charges) should be twice as supplied and the min. fee should (initial) to buy all the tools should be around 1,000 PLN. Then next 2-3 months, 700 PLN, then it goes to 400 PLN. It would need to be verified in the marketplace. On the
beginning you should cut some costs to get first customers. Applying it to the database of 1000 customers would give a significant return, 6-figure digits monthly. You need to remember that you need to grow your customer database over time.
Crucial is also signing an agreement that the client understand death / other failures and accepts the full responsibility. Make it clear in the agreement without using those words. It protects you in some sense of way. You need also tell your customers to write all the "cures" they take on a continual basis, because mixing e.g. some "cure" (pharmaceutical) with
GARLIC (yes, garlic) could end in very unpleasant symptoms and even death of the patient. As you know this – death patient = no money and you don't want to loose you're customer for sure.
I would also add free phone consulting as a part of monthly tariff.

… ATTRACTING CLIENTS PART
I've came up with some ideas that I think would be effective and successful for getting first clients. However, SEO positioning (Google, #1st place in the search results on particular phrases) would bring a lot of clientele, there are few things more which you can do:
- give business card to EVERYONE (they're cheap) and need to be PROFESSIONAL (soft in touch),
create e-mail list of potential customers (buyers) for offering something for free (make a e-mail input field on your homepage) – book / part of the book (this list could be then used to sell massively you're products; remember that the user
needs to confirm his e-mail by clicking activation link sent to him in the e-mail message [to avoid spam]),- publish & print book
- print leaflets & deliver them to the rich & non rich areas (in hugest & nearby cities), btw. it's better to have wealthy clients in this particular field, however client is client (when he has got cash) or it / he can refer your
site to his friends

how to get to the clients and how does the leaflet should look like. It's only a idea which would be effective to use (it's basics of the marketing). You sell emotions – remember. Take a look on this leaflet (which has been delivered to all cities nearby 50km from the actual point). It's a offer of credit service.
I've actually lost the actual leaflet, but it was presenting:
sea, girls & dreamed for everyone – vacations – it's just stimulated imagination and under it was sign: "take a loan on 800 pln, get your best vacations!" (it was before the summer time) + without BIK (credit check, only identity document needed). All the data (address, phone, website)
was presented on the leaflet and it was just AHHHHH. Dreaming...
Remember the emotions part? Do you know (from previous articles) that imagination (visualization) always wins with the desire? (you want to cross a bridge without any security fences, you visualize that would fall down – desire to pass it looses)

I think personally that if you would give monthly 10 000 business cards to people in hospitals, street & had a very well built website with references, facebook fans & recommendations etc. You would blow from the traffic (but only when the clinic is in huge city or very nearby). You need to built client base in time.
The rest of the work you need to
do on your own.
E.g. front of hospital – give leaflets to visitors (or better: business cards with advertisement), as they would put it to the wallet (ask them to put it to the wallet). The advertisement needs to be clear: "tired"? We would remove you're tiredness (example, however not perfect) or "asthma". You need to figure something out, to actually convince the client or
rather:
sell the image of him being healthy, without those bothering diseases. If he imagine that – you've almost won. Then you need only to close the deal. Although when you on the beginning you would expect some major things to overcome, in time – this business could be a gold mine when done properly.

is it legal to make such work in you're country you live in, however I know that places like this exist in Mexico and/or Philippines (probably all over the world, but not 100% legally [see: USA, think]).
