You simply do 3-5 up to 7 (max. 10) days starvation before the summer time to look with 0 fat on beach. Optimally 3-4 days (for most people).
You drink non fluoride water only. No beer, no vodka, no yogurt, because it's not starvation. You start to loose fat after 3 days. After you see that the fat level is acceptable, you start to eat (or make an extra day of starvation). No, you not die from starvation (but don't
exceed 14 days).
I would recommend to do, in that time:
liver cleanse (to get rid off the stones in the liver, it helps a lot).

* On starvation you feel only need to eat 3 first days, then you feel just extra fine. Just avoid the smell of food. It probably should be enough. Ephedrine (pure) is a good food suppressant.
** Stop to eat: white flour, salt, sugar products.
