About reasons: what is depression? what I have depression I've posted in the article: GODLIKEISM What is depression? What's the cause, causation, but I didn't wrote the solution how to increase the "µ" level or answer on question: "how to get more satisfaction (happiness) from life?".
Well, if you've read: GODLIKEISM Concept of power: "µ" (power field) [#1] (and you should before proceeding with this article) our inner happiness from life (the way we feel happy) is a result of "energizing" our "moral field" (or "power field") with µ for which we are rewarded through are actions by Universe.

There are few things which you need to ensure you would 1. educate (read all) 2. put into to use. Without those 2 points you can be sure, that your depression would be longterm for even whole your life. You won't escape it and all those psychotropic drugs which you take (and they don't help, because they can't help [read #1] article; they can't help in sense of putting higher your µ field value, only they can drop it [see all suicide cases after usage of those drugs]). If you're not willing to put effort to educate yourself first and then put the knowledge your state (if you won't do any action on yourself) would even lower. Believe me, I know personally people who were 17x times or 20x (think, at moment) in a psychiatric hospital and no doctor can help them (truth is that you the only one capable of thinking yourself and the new "sickness" which your doctor have told you you have it's only an excuse to keep you his patient or other reason).

There are few things which you can do NOW to increase your "µ", but only ACTION in the directions of those things can bring you increase of "µ" flow (happiness) in life. On the amount of µ which you generate has impact many factors, but the rule is: "everything which you do needs to be morally pedantic" (but with the target of: "intellectual" as the most rewarding; more information you've got here: Moral Laws (TOTALIZM); to point it in 1 sentence: only action preceded by thinking is rewarding, NOT an emotional reaction to any problem [in the flow of µ energy]). Largest impact on the amount of generated µ has the physical engagement (example: do you do particular work as "best" as possible or only to do it without effort only to "do it" (eg. slovenly) and finish it the fast as possible; in the second case your µ could even drop) and time the work has been done.

Where notice that PHYSICAL work (with the usage of your legs and arms, to get "sweating") generates 5x times more µ than intellectual work. It's commonly thought that intellectual work is harder than physical. Maybe and probably it is, but in terms of µ (micro) [energy] generation which is responsible for your overall physical health (and happiness, satisfaction from life) is much less rewarding. It needed to be done like that to ensure that everybody in this world is equal (was set by God), because the "poor" people mostly (Working Class, the poorest) work in labor jobs, because mainly from the lack of education which would help them to improve their job status. Where achieving NIRVANA* [see: #1] is impossible to achieve only from intellectual work.

If you're suffering true depression (lack of any happiness, everything is boring and grey, no goal in life; things which caused pleasure stopped to give it), I've posted an immediate remedy at the last point of the checklist. You should start from it in the first place (it should be placed #1, but I've decided to change the order on purpose).

Checklist.

  1. SET YOURSELF A WORTHY-ACHIEVING LIFETIME GOAL.
    It must be something beyond you have already achieved and the probability must be 50/50 that you would accomplish it. The goal must be big enough to make you like to think about it most of the time and to remember and make actions through it's accomplishment everyday.

    If you don't know the goal, or don't know how to or where to find it (the purpose of your life) – I've prepared a special test that might be helpful (and for sure it would be): _life.intelligence.test.iq-test,(www.path-of-power.com).docx. Please make it in the first place.

    HEY! Remember it's not 1 hour you would put effort into finding it. Some people know they're goals, because they have set them very early in their life. BUT when they have set them (set main goal in life) everything has started to change. The invisible laws has started to work. DO YOUR JOB! NOBODY CAN'T DO IT FOR YOU!

    Give yourself time to think about it, give yourself even 3-4 weeks, but DO THIS WORK. It's obligatory!

    If you won't nothing can ever change, both: in your mood and in your life. You always be angry on everybody (and in the end: on yourself). Without it you can't go any further.

  2. STOP TO TAKE ANY DRUGS, PSYCHOTROPIC "cures".
    If you take any psychotropic drugs stop to take them (I know it's painful to stop taking them, because of the "psychical damage" of breaking the habit and the side effects). I don't know any logical reason why you should take any of those drugs, besides: Extreme Tiredness? Feeling Tired (read the article in full! obligatory; neitherless from the title).

    Those drugs [ALL of them!] cause drop of "µ" (cigarettes and vodka also). I'm talking here about psychotropic "cures" also (eg. "on depression"). First: they cause drop of "µ", Secondly: you're making yourself harm on brain, because they change neurochemistry of it, resulting in addiction (and habit creation). STOP to take them (but consult it with doctor, because some of them is very dangerous to put away suddenly), thirdly: they cause your lack of any goal, because you're not capable of doing anything on them (I'm not only taking about "schizophrenic drugs" which lower your dopamine and noadrealine levels so much that you're not capable even of shaving yourself [do it in 3-5 steps with breaks]). I'm talking about this, because I've passed everything. If you would take those drugs you won't achieve anything in your life, ever. Believe me, I know very best what I'm talking. Please read my previous articles to find more information if you're interested.

  3. BE KIND & NICE TO EVERYONE (NOT JUDGE ANYONE), THINK AND TALK ABOUT EVERYONE WELL

  4. START TO RUN EVERYDAY 1-2 HOURS WITH MAXIMUM PHYSICAL ENGAGEMENT (DO YOUR BEST).
    You can also sign (and go) on GYM! Do sports for at least 1-2 hours daily (best is to run everyday). OBLIGATORY!

    Update 2011-09-03. Set yourself a track to run in a place where there is no/least of possible spectators (where "nobody is watching"). It should allow you to gain maximum value of the reserved µ. Issue of spectators that watch/may see your work – decrease significantly the contribution of power.


When you have set a goal work through it's accomplishment everyday. Make sure you love what to do. How to notice it? Well, when you're doing the things you love to do (and you can don't know it) the time seem to stop, you can work all day without fatigue (you feel fatigue, but you feel satisfied after whole day, kind of: "inner" charge), but when you engage in actions (work) you don't love you feel bad in it, time is going like a snails and you (mostly) hate the work you do, want to escape as fast as possible (but sometimes you think you can't, because "who would pay my bills, my credit cards"). You're thinking good: you're not suited to this work.

Remember that if you want to get extraordinary money for any work you must need to be best at it (best in field) or do extraordinary thing to fulfill other people needs, fantasies and things they're willing to pay you for.
