Most of people never thought about this, but you can easily verify it: how frequently you think about something you don't want to or how many times you can't get rid off some thoughts?
Well, applying those techniques to your life can give your really an enormous boost and advantage over other people.
How to erase something from your mind that you don't want to think / can get rid off it?
Mind has ability to start to think about any things when it's not used in purposeful thinking – good / bad things for you, it doesn't matter for the mind, because it never judges thoughts you persistly send.
What you do is: think one more time the situation / thing (close your eyes) and make dark the image and maximally reduce the size of it in your head until it absolutely disappears. When you do this exercise first time you would see that this technique is the most efficient to delete some images from your head. The important part is to program your mind after use it,
to achieve some kind of goal for the mind, so he can think about it in your spare / busy time, like: how to earn 10 000 pln [euro] in 3 months?
How to get rid of phobia, "fear" of some kind?
The answer is: don't think about it, because when you're doing that – it grows and expands. Just do it. I have wrote about it in the past:
CURE PHOBIA, phobia treatment, overcome phobia. What I would like to add or rather suggest is to see the feared situation
"from the side" like you were not angaged in it ("outside"). You close your eyes, imagine the feared situation and you're staying like a spectator in it: see yourself in situation or rather see somebody experiencing it and you're only watching it. Are you still fearless?
How to understand somebody's point of view (pre-introductory) or understand your reactions?
You must get to know his arguments what he thinks about the subject, listen to him respectivelly until he doesn't finishes. You must understand his point of view by asking questions, maybe he has got really good evidence (experience) for his opinions? What can you do to understand your reactions to this person? Close your eyes and see yourself in the eyes of somebody
else (you, in that situation) or replay situation and watch your reactions, gestuculation from the side. Did you overreacted? What could you change on better to improve your way of handling with people? Did you understood the point of view of the other person fully?
Mind is a very powerful tool which allows you to achieve any results you want in life (are you willing to pay the price for it)? The best way to check can get something is the appearance of the desire. Remember one thing:
if only desire for something has appeared it means that you actually can achieve it. If you couldn't achieve it, the desire would never
appear – it's the important quality of your mind. Please also notice that mind needs to be busy all the time, neither it would start to produce probably the undisired effects and lead to disaster.
You need to retake control over your thoughts, take a minute and write about you're thinking about – who did done something yesterday or what wheather it was? Transformation starts inside, you can't achieve anything outside until you've built it inside. Furthermore you want to think about your common beliefs, but it's a subject on the other article. You can't
achieve anything that's in contradiction with other beliefs. Why? Maybe most of people don't know that the main role of the mind is to protect you. Mind without strong leadership is doomed to avarage, you don't want it, right? Think only about you want in life, ONLY – never judge, complain, do it for 21 days. How to erase / change bad experience from the past that bothers you?
Most people when thinking about the subject (sometimes: any subject) are visualising what can go bad, things which can't go positively. It's neither good or bad. Sometimes it happens that those memories can block your success or put a barier between and your goal. The main reason why you're come back to your undesired memories are because you're subconciously think
that they're not finished (that you could do something in other way), but the reality is that you can't change them, because they've happened already in the past and you could only learn from them – to not commit similar mistakes / actions in the future, present time. What can you do to change those memories?
You close eyes, replay the scene, but you're not actually deleting it, because it's a experience and any experience is good, neither from it's result. You do: 1. put "circus" music to make it funny (it automatically changes the "priority" or rather "importantce" – and it's the main reason you want to change it, to don't spit yourself in the face for the action
you did / didn't committed); by putting this type of music (or other special type you're making it funny – most people experience "video" [visualization] with circus music as funny, not importable) you're changing the experience of the whole situation and it's importance in your life, some people are breaking the "unfinished" effect of it, so they don't come
back to it in memories, 2. you want to be "outside", not "inside" the scene you're playing; going "outside" you're automatically erase your involvent in this situation which you want to change, so you're seeing it as from the side and you're not taking it personally.

To retake any power over your life you first must retake the power from your mind which controls you. You're the lord of your mind, not inverse (and in 70%-95% cases it's the second way). It's pathology that people can't control fully what they think and though that they're thoughts are on autopilot and they can't do anything with them.

I think that what gives the most is the subconscious programming, e.g. of:

How to "unlove"? (start to speed up the process of banishing love)
START from now on – constantly to find in her/him
ALL the possible defects, flaws of character – ALL possible defects (what he did wrong, acted like a worst "dick" etc.). ONLY focus on that, not reminding all the positive aspect.
FOCUS ONLY ON NEGATIVE. Although it isn't easy task to do at first by constant shift of attention (on negative)
speeds the process of banishing love to that person.
