I can't stop smoking marijuana (or any other drug), what to do?Edit

NAME:
MAIL: adam*@hotmail.com

I almost have every symptom of this. My tongue is disgusting. I am a 21 year old male and I have been smoking marijuana for 6 years. Recently the smoking has made this so much worse. When I don't smoke It starts to go away, but I really cant stop no matter how much I cut down, and even tho I cut down it wont go away till I stop. (i have stopped 2 weeks out of a year twice in the 6. Have you ever heard of anything like this? I'm really depressed because of it. please get back to me.

Adam

marijuana stopIt would work only if you exactly follow the steps.
You have made a habit of smoking and it's hard to break it through, even if you don't smoke for a while it returns with the double strength.

According to your questions.
1. http://path-of-power.com/extreme-tiredness-feeling-tired,1 , white tongue? Yes, you have it. Marijuana has small impact on this, it's food that you eat. I suggest you to start the treatment now if you want to change anything.
2. You must find an affirmation: what is the most bad thing that you could result by smoking dope?
- Loss of money? Going to jail? Loose health? Fail in life? I think it would be the last, because marijuana really makes you dumb, it's a society dumber (you don't code new information). Repeat to yourself all day (by 3 months, at least 50-100 times - in thoughts): I would fail in life if use dope. (as a motivation)
3. ALSO: http://path-of-power.com/quit-smoking-addiction-quitting-addiction,173 ---- it's duty for you to MAKE THIS METHOD on your own, further information in the article (it helped me a lot to recover from drugs, not marijuana :-))
4. If anyone would ask you: "do you want a puff?" Reply immediately: "I feel awful when I smoke". Repeat it all and over again (it would send a signal to your subconscious mind: "aha, boss feels awful when he smokes;" [if you done correctly the exercise from the link above you should feel a "cut" in the head when you see the object of your pleasure, so you won't want to touch it!]).

Also remember.
1 month, you use those methods all the time; it would then become a new pattern;
Make a commitment to yourself that no mater what you would push everything to a use, in 1 month - everyday consistent work.

Also.
- Delete numbers to your dealers
- Remove all, everything from your home, room, personal things - which reminds, or could [!] remind you of marijuana; stop visiting sites about marijuana (Out of sight Out of mind meaning (in sight, in mind))
- BREAK the relationships with your mates which smoke (probably your friends) permanently [!]

Remember
The most important thing of all is when you would get the thought: smoke marijuana, REJECT IT - then focus on something important. Best thing to do is to find yourself a work which absorb you and you would focus on, to use the property of the mind - which could hold only 1 thought at a time.

REMEMBER: when you focus on marijuana (it doesn't matter if you're thinking about quiting it or anything connected) YOU LOOSE automatically. The most important thing you to do is to change the programming of your subconscious, permanently. Because you're programmed (doesn't matter by who) on a drug addict.

P.S. Maybe this would give you to think: http://path-of-power.com/marijuana-story-marijuana-best-story-ever,44.

Very Thanks.
