If you have ever seen ghosts [and experienced the "impossible"] (read: <a href='http://path-of-power.com/godlikeism-concept-of-power-micro;-power-field,12' target='_blank'>Concept of power: "µ" (power field)</a>) you would come to conclusion that this world is RULED BY a HIGHER POWER. Yes, God exists – but it's not what you have ever expected (here is the secret which I won't reveal – find it on your own; you would need to commit sin [in religion point of view] and break the conscious barriers). That's the only thing I'm sure in life. 
 
Also the DNA code implies existence of a HIGHER POWER, because existence of any logic sequence itself implies existence of any other intelligence above. Brain as antenna (transmitter) is a proof on it (the inability to locate where is really stored memory, after damage of ALL parts of the brain by scientists). 
 
I think that what other intelligent civilizations (UFO) are seeking is the knowledge about God's work in the Universe (the very beginnings).

The answer is simplest you could ever imagine: this gives you awareness that there is somebody "up" there (metaphor, because he's here in the unbreakable barrier) who has a solution on your every problem or no-exit (it's not true; only when unmoral; you must always repay your karma) situation. He is willing to share the solution with you if... (think for yourself)
