Before you read this you should answer yourself honesty on the question: "do you really want to be healthy and would do everything to heal yourself", because without positive answer on this question further treatment is pointless.
It's good also, before you start read the article:

- There are many causations (causes) of high blood pressure, but the main is – fat in the veins (we would discuss in next points other issues which you need to fix).

In case to make able your blood "swim softly" through the veins, your heart (which is pump) must increase pressure under it goes over all organism (you would die if it wouldn't be done) [ischemia cells].
SOLUTION.
There is only 1 method which would heal your organism (you must apply also other methods to keep the health, but this method absolute duty if you want to be healthy [the health issue removed]). You won't get any medications on it, because they couldn't work (causation is somewhere else).
This method is: 14-21 day starvation (dependents how much you're fat, does the symptoms disappeared). I've wrote about this method here: STARVATION, Hunger Strike.
Starvation (hunger-strike) method is safe. All method bases on not eating any food (any means nothing – if you would eat a candy, it's over, you've stopped this method) and drinking only water without fluoride (drinking pepsi/cola is equal with eating food) for proper (reasonable) amount of time.
Biggest lie of starvation that you would die if you not eat. It's a lie. You die after min. 2-3 weeks (when very thin person) of not eating anything. You must only drink water. It's recommended to don't go more than 14-21 days of starvation, because it's damage of the organism after then.
Most people think that this method is very hard – I can't agree. Yes, you've got desire for food, but it's easy to don't eat. Basically all hardness comes from the first 3 days, when you really feel hungry. After time of 3 days you're really getting clear thinking and you're mood increases drastically. Starvation is a time when your organism
has a time to wipe out everything "trash", "rubbish" from the organism (not having work with processing food).
During the first days of starvation without no food from outside organism needs to produce the energy needed to sustain the operation and life, he takes a general overview of their reserves. In the first place it "burns" the accumulated layers of fat, but also gets rid of everything that is unnecessary and ill. Carry out "general review" not only in its
inventory, but also a way of functioning. Leads to order not working correctly organs. Regulates metabolism associated with, distorted body functions. Organizes the work, not only the authorities involved in metabolism, but also others related to the immune system and nervous system. In this new environment, when "order" is set at such a high "efficiency" to use

You should do, to stay healthy starvation at least once a year (up to 7-14 days).
- Next thing which you should combine with the method from the point 1. is applying: Extreme Tiredness? Feeling Tired. I would say to you this in a such way: if you wouldn't have high blood pressure, you wouldn't have the "inner organism sickness" (it applies to near
everybody). You should take the treatment, neither if the blood pressure has come to normal levels, because it would return to previous levels if you would skip treatment on this.
The "organism sickness" overloads organism with products of it's metabolism. It's one of the reasons why the blood pressure must be higher (to clean organism from the poisons), also "bacteria" eats food which is dissolved in the blood.
Ideal method is to start after 14-21 day starvation, the treatment.
- This point should be at 1., but it – itself alone wouldn't heal you alone. You've probably have buried deep into your mind (subconscious) statement that you've got "high blood pressure" (subconscious doesn't care if it's a fact or a lie).
It's very hard to convince anybody to my method (rather explain it to anybody – it's a material on a book), but – remember the beginning of the article? How much you want to be healthy? Just trust me.
From today, start to talk to yourself (in thoughts): "I've got blood pressure X/X" (you're perfect blood pressure which you want to have). Example: "I've got blood pressure 120/80".
100 - 200 times / a day.
Crucial are hours 1 hour before sleep and 1 hour after wake up. Repeat to yourself it for the whole treatment with point 1. and point 2. until: your high blood pressure comes to those "120/80" (like from example) and 1 month after. Be constant, it's the key.

Update: 2011-01-11: The causality for this is low intake of antioxidants like VIT. C+E, zinc, taurine, L-cysteine, N-acetylcysteine, glutathione, selenium, koenzymQ10, magnesium and located in the green tea: catechin.
START to eat LARGE doses of MAGNESIUM+B6 and CALCIUM, but in proportion 2:1 (MAGNESIUM to CALCIUM). Strike from your diet dairy products like: milk, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt.

We're also being poisoned by barium prevalent in tap water and abundant in
skies. It causes high blood pressure. You need to use things that throw out from your body
