POINT STORIES: Never Eat anything which
looks suspicious / is not something right
with it, unless you're sure
It look suspicious, because it was "loose" in the packing. How to prevent yourself from such practices? Please share it in your comments.
I've came up with idea that you shouldn't eat from "pushed cans", loose packing or things that aren't selling (e.g. expired "Helena"/other colored waters) also things that from could be easily erased expiry date + not known brands (?). Please share in comments.

LAST MINUTE UPDATE: THIS FISH HAS PROBABLY HARM ME, BECAUSE THERE WAS A LOT OF FISH IN THE SUPERMARKET (I'VE SPOTTED IT TODAY) & ALL WERE EXPIRED. THIS ONE HAD PROBABLY REMOVED (UNDER PRESSURE) EXPIRY DATE & STICK ANOTHER ONE, ALTHOUGH I'M NOT 100% SURE OF THIS INFORMATION. INSTEAD TO PREVENT SUCH SITUATION BUY THINGS WHICH HAVE GOT "MARKED" OR BURNT EXPIRY DATES FROM
SOLID PACKINGS. SUCH PRACTICES ARE QUITE COMMON AS MY FRIEND WORKED IN SUCH WAREHOUSE THAT THEY'VE DONE IT ON A DAILY BASIS. SO WATCH FOR THE ITEMS YOU BUY & BE SUSPICIOUS. Edit
