Point Stories. A year later (from today) you have formed a company, which after 3 months have 'succeed' on the market. There was created a need to employ 1 person. You've found 2 guys which wanted to work for you, but you needed only 1. You've told them: "ok, my friends you would work for 1 month for me, but on the end of the month one would only remain".
There were the same, in almost everything. They've done the same work, they've worked and spoke with the rest of the group. They're efficiency was the same and quality of job they've done.
It was only one difference between them: one of the employees done everything NOW. You give him something to do, it was DONE NOW! Somebody wrote to you an e-mail, he replied NOW.
The second person it took 2-3 days to finish his job. He did the same work as the previous one, but you've gave him something to do, he done it later, tomorrow. Customer wrote an e-mail, he replied to him in 2 days.
One day you've have something very urgent to do – you gave them job to do. First one completed the task NOW, done it in 2 hours. Second, told you that he would do the job later, he bring it 2 days later.
Which one you would left in the company?
This is true story, in many companies were such cases. Who you think has stayed in the company (ALL cases)?

Think now: you buy something on eBay which you DESIRE SO MOST. You've got choice. Item is the same, everything is the same, but!
1st company, sends it NOW. You get the item tomorrow.
2nd company, would do it tomorrow. Ups, We've forgot, so after tomorrow. You get it after 4 days.
In which company you would buy?
CONCLUSION. SENSE OF URGENCY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT KEY FACTOR OF SUCCESS. DO IT NOW!
