Streets were full of hanged people, which lost in 1 day all what they've had before.
CONCLUSION(s). You know what you're really worth when you loose all and are stripped from everything, being "naked". Would you rebuild in this situation you're wealth & position again? From scratch?
What is more important: how would you handle in this situation? Would you be one from many who had hanged themselves (committed a suicide) or the one who would stand up, clear yourself out the dust and start again? Edit
