How to QUIT SMOKING ADDICTION, quitting addiction (any other). It's my most powerful method which I used to quit any addictions (sugar, drugs [stimulants, like mdpv, mephedrone, cocaine]). It gave me enormous effects, it allowed me to feel strong inner discomfort when seeing objects of pleasure.

The problem with drugs (tobacco, stimulant drugs or any other) is that you maybe don't take it, you see it – you feel that you need to take it. Imagine other situation: you know it's bad for you, you know you shouldn't take it, in some cases you would "not take it (or smoke) for couple of days", but it's "sitting inside of you".

It's the biggest problem why people failure with quiting any addictions. There is a method which makes you sick [!] when you see it, that even if you desire it, you just can't because of the impulse that you have implanted inside your head.

Seems so unreal?

It works only when you do the action from the movie below right.

Idea is to generate an unpleasant feeling, so when you see object of your desire (the feeling) is bringed up to mind. Everytime you see the object, you feel this unpleasant feeling.

If you've done everything correctly (it don't needs to be cutting yourself, but it's the best method to do it): just felt whole your body as your skin went on two opposite sides of your hand, generating a very uncomfortable "memorizable" feeling inside your head. Remember it and connect with the object of your pleasure.

Then when you would see the object, remind yourself of that feeling. You wouldn't want to touch it! When you would touch it, or want to take "enlarge" it in your head and just leave it. How to QUIT SMOKING ADDICTION, quitting addiction (any other).

It's needs to be done correctly and slow. On the movie, it was done bad, because I've wanted to put it on YouTube (they would delete it if it would be too violent). You need to do it much much slower to feel it across whole your body.

You could (and should) also bring in front of mind a picture showing you touched by it (laying in a hospital with lung cancer) or it could be picture of your lungs covered with black spots, so you're unable to breath (in cigarettes case).
