Also a mistake is adding "DOMAIN_NAME.com" on every page (like i Used to do in past, BUT neither if DOMAIN_NAME is a KEYWORD). DO it, but don't add + ".com" thing. Also step words "fluff" like |, @ didn't maybe put much into lower position, but they could affect a little bit the whole, skip them.<br />

KEYWORD shouldn't appear more than 3 times in a title. Example with keyword:value. Look: VALUE, How to Create Value, Values, Claiming, What it is, Creation (only 3 times appeared). Above, it would be probably marked as SPAM by search engines. It's isn't ideal, but the point was to show – that you must also remember about the user, search engines know that (% tolerance)<br />
