After they left me out from the psychiatric hospital [1.5 month] and getting +10kg to weight [in sum 78kg with 178cm] I had already bought:
Nutrients:

  • Testosterone Propionate, 3 packs DB PHARMA
  • Methanabol 200 tabs.
  • Clomid, 3 packs
  • Clenbuterol, 1 pack
  • Nolvadex, 1 pack

waiting and cooling in my fridge. WAITING FOR ME.

BUT. something happened in me. In the hospital I've talked with the doctor about steroids, he told me that my mind performance would drop – that was interesting me the most. My friends, all [1 exception] told me to don't take steroids, family, my friends family, everyone. What I liked in the doctor, that he one normal guy which left me choice: I can say, you would do what you want.

It didn't convinced me to don't use it. My friends, almost all took them and ? nothing happened, they've grown up [enormous] and are the same. I've bought universal nutritions: proteins, mass, carbo, zma and all other stuff.

15 days before take, when everybody told me especially to don't take them in my psychical state I've found an article. What I've done?
1. Extreme Tiredness? Feeling Tired – this one, no sugar etc. diet; I gain 4kg/month
2. Universal GH Max [growth hormone increase], Megabol Biosterol [natural steroid saponins; !not prohormones(!)]
We would see.

I hate democracy. Most of people aren't right, but when ALL (everybody) talks to you the same, they've probably right. Greetings.

STEROIDS pros and cons

  1. STEROIDS: body mass (and "cut", ripe) increases, but in 2-year time you go back to the same size (on pst treatment with "clomid"), because you didn't built it naturally your organism doesn't have capacity (and higher testosterone) levels to keep the mass.

  2. Without STEROIDS: you gains are much smaller, but steady (if you train good + diet!). You don't need to worry that you would loose so much like in the steroid-use way.


Choice it's up to you. I know you've already made it, choose the only one – right option.

You shouldn't use steroids, because:

  1. you probably can't train well (serious! video footage soon); why? because if you would train well (there are some things you don't know - like focusing on the negative stage (rep), keeping "short circuit" of muscles all the time when doing workout) you wouldn't need steroids, because growths are big enough
  2. you eat bad, not systematically, without diet and any knowledge
  3. you're too low "build" to take steroids, steroids are for people who reached their maximum potential and want to get even more
  4. you would be more stupid (see top of the page – brain cells in brain die in much higher testorerone levels which you would have taking synthetic testosterone (like methadienone + testosterone proprionate etc.)


Steroids are the last thing you should ever user on gym. You would do as you want, it's your decision. I'm sharing with only what I know, you what would you do with this knowledge is only up to you.

P.S. Last thing, I didn't wanted to write this, but (skip the problems with penis, because they aren't in most cases; also YOU MUST DO PST (POST STEROID TREATMENT) with CLOMID at LEAST (nolvadex, gonadotropine) even you take "only" methadienone tablets!, because you can be sterile like my friend who done 5 steroid cycles and never done PST [now has the same size of hand like mine!]): ok, remember this – if you don't do first 3 points from the list above – steroids would make more damage to you than you would get from using it, you can ever loose weight (yes, you see correct; don't eat well [NOT MEANS "MUCH"!].

There is 1 last thing: steroids cause drop of "µ" (see: GODLIKEISM BOOK free chapter for more). To point it for "normal" person: you loose something (metaphysical) which is very valuable, not mention the depression. Steroid use could also result in addiction. Keep it in mind.

Look what I've done without steroids (and no prohormones): GYM progress (mine) in 130 days! Look at it.

I think that getting ridding of ALL parasites* (part III) is essential in the building of the body mass (because it speeds up the whole process, you do more energetic training) and supplementation of high-quality protein in at least 2.5g/kg body weight [but not artificial or WHEY without any preservatives [e.g. "Ostrovia" in PL]] is crucial in the process of growing your muscles. HMB is also advised, because it enables you to built your muscles much faster. Off course – cyclic, systematical training with knowing all the basic rules: Common gym mistakes. Those are the factors which contribute in the biggest sense to your muscularity and growth ([1] diet + [2] hard training + [3] supplementation [also vitamins and minerals]). Lack of one of them causes failure (like e.g. lack of diet; insufficient protein to build your muscles).

* If you're a carrier of some type of parasite you would be unable to build body mass or the process would be much slower. It's advised to do the prevention treatment (18 days) of parasite cleanse (+ bowel cleanse), because in reality: everyone is a "carrier" or at least 1-3 parasite types (!). Information about this knowledge is deprived in many (like almost all) websites and nobody seems to realize the full advantages of the cleanse. Edit
