She received an opportunity to get house funding help, because of the low retirement income (1 000 zl / month; less than 200 pounds / month), but she don't want to get those extra 100-200 or even 300-400 zl. She is talking about low amount of money she has all the time, she talks that money aren't important in they life (but she talks about them all day long), but when she received an opportunity to get extra money to help support the family, she refused to take it (when it's only 1-time, all day to get all papers and 1 sign to have them). 
 
You see: the difference between the poor and the rich is that the last are willing to get free money in the first place, because it's really the best thing to do. 
 
I've had an opportunity to ask business angels networks for money and they've told me that they must check the EU funds first, because it's free money to take. More: some funds are ONLY EU 
 
MONEY (ex. aipseed.pl), they have received 6mln and they taking shares 15% - giving 100 000 pln / each idea (60 ideas win). 
 
When somebody is offering you help – take it, always (exempt some very rare situations where there is obligation not to be accepted or terms aren't good). In this situation is free money (country you live in/EU gives money). 
 
Millions are to be taken, think how to get them and go for it! Now, is the best time.
