  1. This example would show you how to achieve astonishing results in any area of you life. It would be done on example.

    People ask me: "wow, how do you gain body mass so fast" [GYM progress (mine) in 130 days! (I've gained ~20kg in 9 months, I am much bigger now)]? Well, do you know a people who eat a lot and are still small, tiny – the same size, independent on how much they eat? It could be a woman either, very tiny and you see how much she eats and she doesn't get on weight – she's still sexy & tiny.

    The reason why you see those patterns, it's because it's not in the "outer" (diet, gym, nutrients & other factors) – it's "inside" (in head [!]) with your: beliefs, inner projection of yourself.

    mindSuccess is in mind, because the mind is over matter. The mind rules the body and everything else. It's the subconscious mind role.

    You could probably hear from those people: "Yeah, I can eat whatever I want and I'm still tiny" (woman case) and that's all.

    Thoughts -> become words -> words become actions -> actions become a habit -> a belief is formed.

    That's the whole conception of success, because mind actually creates the reality. Where, it doesn't matter that the belief is based on facts or on a lie: the subconscious mind never judges – it takes what you give.

  2. You would like to ask: "how could I reprogram my mind to get what I want"? I've gave the whole instructions here: The hidden 'science' before getting what you want. On the use of the example I would do the process one more time.

    1. You need to know exactly what you want (you've got method in the article, from the link)
      On the use of the article: I weight 87kg (in present tense as already achieved).

    2. You need to be willing pay price for it and pay it.
      It is equal with: getting knowledge on how to train (Common gym mistakes, how to eat (diet) (ex.: My Gym Diet (inside), invest your time (& money) on gym, self-discipline – going on gym systematically.

    3. You must prepare a plan & resources needed
      Plan of training, ex:

      Monday: Chest + Bicep + Belly
      Wednesday: Legs + Tricep + Belly
      Friday: Back + Shoulders + Belly
      Monday - Sunday: Forearm (everyday)


      Where the knowledge, what exercises you do on each training is necessary.
      Diet is included in the article above.

    4. You must get rid off blocking beliefs
      To do that, you must find appropriate hypnosis, more in here: The hidden 'science' before getting what you want.
      I use Dantalion Jones, Delta Success Program: Psychopathology (dangerous [!]; find something more suitable for you – find an hypnosis mp3 with phrases "you get off the blocking beliefs" while done on deep hypnosis trance).

    5. Equally with starting hypnosis sessions you:

      1. Visualise yourself as you already achieved it: mentally concentrate on the object of your desire. Speak & talk about it, you must watch on words [!].

      2. You prepare for yourself "affirmation mp3" (you take your mobile phone -> recorder [I use N95 8GB for this purpose, but it could be any recorder] and do (you speak slowly; affirmations could include):

        • I weight 87kg.
        • I'm muscular, huge, symetrical.
        • I'm strong.
        • I've got an ideal stomach.
        • I absorb every suggestion deep.

        It must be your voice used. It must be also personal – for your purpose only. You must speak also slowly, do 2-3 seconds breaks between the affirmations.

        1 thing: affirmations must be positive only (can't be negation) and focus on what you want, an example:

        • I don't want to have fat on stomach.
          It's equal to: I want to have fat on stomach.
        • I want no fat on stomach.
          It's equal to: I want fat on stomach (doing that you would get fat on stomach [!]).

        The subconscious mind doesn't understands the negation (I don't want X = (equal to) I want X). You must think only about you want! Also focus on the "muscles" or "perfect stomach" instead of focusing on "fat" on it, got it?

        You listen so prepared "affirmation mp3" for all the night when you sleep with earphones speakers (you connect your mobile or a mp3 player and just play mp3 on speakers), every night for at least 90 days (you listen only hypnosis on earphones).

        You should also listen 40-60 min. everyday 1 hour after wake up and 1 hour before going sleep to appropriate hypnosis set (separate).

        Good idea is to wake up and affirm to yourself 5-10 times: "Today, something wonderful would happen to me", because it would shift your mood on positive expectation.

      3. You use the affirmations from the day and repeat it all over and over again with convince & think only positive (constructively, see the strike examples point above).

        You do it in your thoughts only. On the beginning it should cause problems, it would seem hard. Exactly like training on the gym, you must mentally fitness yourself too.

        Repeat affirmations from point 2. above all day way long (200-500 times a day). Keep it them constantly repeat until they would bury deep, inside your subconscious mind.

      4. You use those techniques until 1 day you would see that it become your habit, a belief which has already been achieved! You would think: "wow, I've dreamed about it". It could take 90 days or more, it must become a habit. If you have went to there in your mind, you've grabbed it – it's already yours! Feel and act like it was already yours (achieved) by you!

        Your mind would handle with it, it would become easier to get more, because you've already forced on yourself a habit. Keep good emotions all way long everyday, because it brings faster the results. Always keep faith in yourself and the faith in the end goal, as it's already yours!

  3. Repeat this process for everything which you want achieve in your life to reprogram your subconscious permanently (remember it took min. of 90 days), but you would like to continue it for a lifetime.

    Remember that all changes are visible after 90 days from today of constant repetition!
    Update: Add also gratitude everyday for what you have already (your big muscles [!])! Meditate at least 3x / week for 30 minutes and reprogram your brain.

IMPORTANT! Change I am (I'm) on: I'm becoming (I'm in the process of). Mind can only take what you accept & which don't makes conflict, because of the emotions supremacy which only count (emotions are the only thing which counts, not words, because they're causing to emanate the belief from you, attaching to you people – situation & places who get you closer to the accomplishment of goals [beliefs]; however you're changing your emotions by words & by explaining things to yourself). In the process of hypnosis you turn of consciousness, so the process really works, not like in the article here, which may not experience when done incorrectly (see: GODLIKEISM "Dirty" little Kabbalah secret which makes a difference).
