How to Get Six Pack Abs
Strengthen your abdominal muscles and lose body fat. The concept is simple, but putting it into action is not simple at all. It will take dedication, time and patience to get a six pack but in the end, the effort is well worth it. I would mention them one more time.
1. You start from 7-13 day starvation to get rid off the fat (all of it).
2. You do colon cleanse (you loose 7-30 [or even more] cm in waist diameter), Extreme Tiredness? Feeling Tired (part III, search for: colon guidelines, cleanse) [also prevention therapy on tapeworm and other parasites].
It should be enough (I would do the parasite treatment) to show your "natural, born" muscles of tummy (and to have your tummy flat), after 1.5 month of work (starvation + colon cleanse). You should start from parasite treatment and then jump on colon cleanse.
To grow your muscles, through weider 6pak training you should have intake of protein at least of 2.5g x BODY_WEIGHT or more. You won't grow without sufficient intake of proteins, second: it takes time, at least those 6-20 months to make your muscles visible and quite noticeable, if you train naturally without the usage of synthetical hormones (testosterone+growth
hormone). You must do what I've supplemented above (wrote), indeed. Without doing it, it (for me and many other people) is pointless, because you won't see your muscles until you won't burn your fat (through starvation).
