I like to think that leader is a person who knows more than others – holds the precious knowledge & is able to use it (mostly) at any given time or command. It allows him to have the edge in relations to others. Basically its a person that spots the movement (or the one that rediscovers or encourages it by his own means & finds followers) & stands on
the front of it.
By the definition: in order to be a leader – you must have followers. So, you're primary goal would need to find something that brings some values or fights for something & to arrange a movement and that its associated with the very huge amount of people, so they join your movement or to become your followers. Although, in reality: its nearly pointless to do so
if the goal you're aiming for is without any further definition: worth achieving. For example you can fight in court cases to get compensations for workers that lost their legs/ hands in China factories & to find the people with those issues (or rather to let them find you) & help them, cash the money – be remembered as the first one or the most shining one that
did it in the history. Keep in mind, that leaders are doers – they're highly proactive. They've got abilities & knowledge that attracts other people to follow them.
In theory: the goal that has the widest group of interest would be the most profitable/movement appealing one, however if you want to do something remarkable make sure its worth the fight. Any anti-war or anti-gay movements (unless they don't bring money & overall satisfaction [in not exactly that order] or where the target group is very small (that directs very small
amount of people), are most likely to not be worth following, because they won't bring any solution to the people [however is it only about the solution?]). In reality: they bring the opposite, because focus of the people is directed on the actual causality, attracting the like-thoughts & expanding thinking on it (what you focus on: expands).
…
However you don't want to probably stand on the front of the movement or becoming its initiator, as it requires time, effort, money & contacts (all is to be get, if only its worth the fight), but if you're reading this article – you're probably more focused on becoming a leader in your own environment (is it job, social group you're in or family [if you're not
already]). The idea is to become a leader in your personal circle of interest.
In order to get it to yourself or to rather understand it in a more profound way:
leader needs to be respected, because if not – you would quickly lose your status. In addition, you should probably get to know the:
Characteristics of the powerful people. How to be powerful? (as general rules). However keep in mind, that the rules that are applied to your group in which you want to become a leader – may differ, quite very much. For instance, when you want to
become a leader in the gang: you may probably find – size of your muscles (& weight), general psychopathy, courage & martial arts, huge confidence as the primary factors to become the leader of the pack. Keep in mind also, that some people, born on the
zodiac signs other than Leo may not be a
"natural born" leaders. Although, its all to be trained. You won't also probably do quite much, without the
appropriate programming.
SUMMING UP. You need to find the required characteristics & qualities of character that are desired or expected from the leader in your "circle" in which you want to become one & either invent them in yourself (e.g. through persistent work or simply by applying programming) or to master the skills you've already got. Either though, keep in mind that the leadership
shouldn't be the goal itself. Remember that knowledge & its usage is nearly always the mark of a true leader.
Below, I would share some major things that may have impact on general leadership. Piece of this knowledge was pointed in the article:
Entrepreneurial mistakes while doing business & how to hire people.
Generally, if you want to be a good leader, you should always
act moral as any other approach to any problem would bounce the Karma back to you (in 5-10 year time). It would result in your personal pain & failure. I won't say here much more, because
its all in the articles. More about Karma mechanism, you've got in the article:
GODLIKEISM Karma, things you can/could never know. Karma mechanism basically excludes any actions other than moral to be worth taking.
I know it from the autopsy.
Secondly: leader talk with people & are masters of the persuasion art (even if its occasionally caused by "size of the muscles" in the leader gang, pack), so you need to interest in your members status or "what they do" in order to win their influence & you must in some sense: be admired by them, because if not – they would want to become the leaders,
instinctively (* in times of disturbances/problems: starting from asking questions & understanding point of view is probably the best initial approach; making the mark to propose a solution, a even better one). You must also be better in some core competence and/or rather stronger psychically than them (at least when it comes to marks of power). Therefore, you should
know on how to communicate & how to deal with people. A piece of knowledge, that could be important might be:
Likeability: how to dramatically make your relations better? (follow all the links this article).
The other vital piece of knowledge, that hasn't been shared yet
is the fact that you need to initially trust people if there is no evidence for the opposite and probably the best technique for handling with people is to
mirror their moves – not anticipate any of them, but just mirror them, so the person knows
exactly after what your
action,
what he or she should expect. End.
More you can find in the book (& stories of the great leaders and their mistakes): "48 Laws of Power" by Robert Greene.
You must also understand, that people don't become leaders without a purpose... (which is very often: contribution to the overall strength & increase in value of the group; it therefore comes with the knowledge & proper management of the [very often] shared goal &/or vision)
