I've read about 3 articles on other websites before preparing this one, but they seem so funny and out-of-real-reasons that I don't want to even criticize them. I can only sum up: they're looking on a bad, well-known things which aren't the real causation, but only visible effects.

As you well know – woman physics is the crucial point (the only one as "look" overall) which plays major role in the ATTRACTIVE TO MAN, how to make a man want you.

The only reason why you gain weight, is because you eat more than you're able to process & to burn in a specified amount of time (you're eating more than you should).

Rest is only the effect of it.



However its not so obvious as you might think it is, because they are few not well known reason for this state.

I'm quite aware that you want answers NOW, at this moment – however we want to go through the theory, to explain from where gets overweight & related to it obesity (also far than more exceeded fat levels).



Would you be obese or not is determined in the fetus by your mother when she is in the pregnancy time (also many other things: How to born a healthy child? What are cause of freckles on face?). Your obesity is determined little by genes, however the most role plays the fact that your mother was eating taste enhancing foods when pregnant. It caused to damage the brain in the fetus which then appears in overweight & general obesity (lowered intelligence & the list goes on, watch the movie below for more). How to gain weight (muscle)?

However it might be the blood type & the type of genes which condition your predispositions to gain fat/muscle & overall bone structure – your tempo of metabolism, it's more important to know that there are different sets of rules which you need to follow in order to build muscle and/or to gain fat. There were pointed in the 4rd point in the article: Common gym mistakes (also results in: GYM progress (mine) in 130 days!, 8 months on gym [without steroids and none prohormones!] [PHOTO, comparison]). In order to build muscles you must train on gym, by causing to cyclically destroy your muscles (fiber) by weight training.

I would like to add, that using HMB in the amounts of 1g non-training days & 2g on training days, blocks the possibility of gain "extra" fat (keeping it on very low level). It also leverages the muscle gains. HMB is a substance which naturally occurs in the body, however in the lower amounts than took from the outside.


How to gain weight (fat)?

On the other hand: to gain only fat (which is very undesirable), without muscle gain you need to violate the rule which is on the top of the article (eat more than you should), but with the following of the next points (which are very important).


How to lower my weight? (how to maintain the present one)

Overweight is caused commonly by the excessive fat. To be honest: fat is only the problem.

  1. STARVATION is proven to be the most-effective & the only & the best way to burn fat & to reduce the amount of food you're eating (you forget your old eating habits and are unable to eat as much as you've eaten previously, because your stomach shrinks).

    I for example lost about 5kg of pure fat in my 6.5 day starvation, although its not much, because I'm a very thin person. Most of the people lose about 5-8kg in this period of time (of only pure fat). You won't die from it, but please make sure you follow the guidelines.

  2. AS an obligatory thing you need to do first parasite cleanse & bowel cleanse in order to leave, something like this in the toilet [I've left something very similar] (it causes the absorption of food to plum, by removing it you're healing yourself).     Parasites cause food craving & many damage, what resides in your bowel – creates a problems in an absorption in the eaten food, making you to eat much more than necessary to live.

    You should consider eating only fresh organic vegetables & fruits as a diet (sometimes a meat). You don't need eat much to live – problem in the modern times is that we eat too much. You're able to live on a 100g packet of rice a day, however you might want to a little eat more. Remember that its a huge mistake to eat "to be full". You always need to feel constant "little" hunger and not eat "to the end" in order to don't re-size your stomach.

    STARVATION causes your stomach to shrink permanently (until you won't expand it), so you would eat very less, because you would be unable to eat more.

  4. Remember to avoid any processed & taste-enhanced food (with monosodium glutamate – "tasty"), because it damages your brain – sending a signal (to your brain) to eat more. It's good for the industry ($$$: sales increase), but it should be banned for the people to eat it (it shouldn't be eaten by people, because of the UNBELIEVABLE HUGE damage it causes).

    You shouldn't eat also sweets & other artificial food (desire to eat any would go permanently after you do the starvation). It's bad for you, because it doesn't contains other vitamins needed to process the sugar in your body, besides they contain lots of chemicals which aren't good for body & cause obesity (& e.g. How to get rid of cellulite PERMANENTLY (no cures, no tablets)?, CITRIC ACID destroys brain, conductivity of electrochemical system of brain cells).

  5. Taking any estrogen pills, psychotropic & medications is just ridiculous (although keep in mind that some of medications cannot be quit suddenly), I've wrote about it in e.g. this article.

    They may cause weight gain, although its an result, not the "cause" for the "too much eating" (cause is lowered dopamine levels, but we back again to the point of eating "more than you should"). You should quit all those drugs.




Remember that very much role in the process of staying thin plays the subconscious mind. The deep-level beliefs which you hold in your mind (however which might not be seen consciously – watch just on results), keep you thin or fat. Its the very important topic. How they keep you fat? Those deep beliefs rule your life, because your mind is the initiator of every action. It would allow you to eat too much that you should or would make you feel painful when you would just look on the object of your desire (food). It is associated with: How start to hate drugs, alcohol, tobacco (equal = quit)?, however on a terms of other addiction which may be: tasty food (McDonald's? KFC?). Tasty food is addictive, may you look it or not as well as sugar.

Most of the people (especially woman), although is not confirmed – take the suggestions from the environment and make them their beliefs. They not realize that those beliefs could destroy their life or put them in a side of angels (GODLIKEISM How beliefs affect you & how to change beliefs). Reprogramming of them isn't easy & fast, although I think that the method, which I've found (and is number #1), is the deep subconscious programming which is dangerous from the reasons I wouldn't reveals, but its the single most powerful thing which I've discovered & which changed my life, forever.

To say it in a metaphoric sense of way: your body has an software (in your mind) which controls your behavior & your actions (what you would do, what you can't – what you can, your emotions & feelings), altitude. You've got the best computer (hardware [= body]) in the world, but you've got WIN3.11 (DOS) – you won't achieve much on this software, it's obvious. However when you replace the software e.g. on Windows 7 you may achieve much more & now ways may open to you. It's without comparison and without doubt.

You may work on a programming by yourself by locating them & changing, however it takes about min. 3 months of constant repetition when they would work. Another option is to use the programming I've put in the link before in order to change the whole software in your mind which rules & dictates your life. Process of changing beliefs causes sometimes an outer change of altitude in order to work and might not be easy for the non-systematic people (its proceeded by your actions in this form). Hypnosis replaces this processes by inducing the inductions in the form of commands & order which your subconscious mind absorbs & replaces under the changed form of wave frequencies in mind (deep relaxation).
