Mechanical adjustment

1. rolling labeling :Put down the platen of rolling labeling then modify the stainless bottom wall. Please install the paper plate and platen after fix the screws if bottom wall and tap can match with rolling plate at the same level (Note: do not match internal hole of paper plate with stainless centre localization roll tightly), then fix again with screws. Please check whether paper plate can turn around smoothly, if not, please modify it according to the above steps until it can turn round smoothly.

2. Object detect magic eye: Requirement of thread in the label tapes: First, check flexibility of all rollers on the line which label will pass; please adjust it until it can work smoothly. For thread in method, please take the sketch map on the next page as reference, arrow direction refers to the direction which labels go through. please take a special note that labels must go through in the middle of the opposed photo-sensor to insure the photo-transmission device is keep running. (up and down position of photo-transmission device can be adjusted to ensure electrical eye can irradiate the gap between labels.

FAQ:

Labels can't be labeled on the bottle reasons: Bottle arrive at labeling position can not match the time of label's out

Ways:

1. Modify the transfer speed. Such as if label already came out when bottle arrive, it can slow down the transfer speed.

2. Modify opposed photo electricity .Move the bracket which fix on the transfer device a little left and then press “start" to run the machine. if speed of labeling out still not accurate ,it can be modified best condition according to above procedure
